Do 1 stella proprio perché non è possibile dare 0 stelle. Ho prenotato per il 17 novembre 2024 e dato l’alluvione che ha colpito il posto ho chiesto rimborso o cambio date per la mia prenotazione (purtroppo presa in non rimborsabile) visto l’impossibilità di raggiungere la città. La struttura non è stata per nulla comprensiva e non è venuta incontro per nulla, nonostante secondo le condizioni generali di Booking a causa di forza maggiore ho diritto a ricevere un rimborso o un cambio date senza penali.

Macflats is in a great location close to all the old town sites which are easily walkable. Had an inner facing apartment on the 4th floor and was very comfy. We were there as a couple but could easily convert into 4 persons with use of the sofa bed. Had all the things we needed for the 3 night stay and was very clean. The staff are also really friendly and found the communication excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Es war einfach perfekt, tolle Wohnung an bester Lage als Ausgangspunkt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus (direkt um die Ecke mehrere Bushaltestellen). Herausragend war die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts. Es wird einem immer schnell und zuvorkommend geholfen, proaktiv informiert und das Personal ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich etwas zu kritisieren habe, dann nur, dass etwas mehr Ablagefläche/Stauraum oder ein zusätzlicher Schrank angenehm gewesen wäre. Das ist aber auch schon alles, es war ansonsten einfach top! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Een fantastisch appartement op ideale locatie. Het overtrof veruit onze verwachtingen. Alles was dichtbij, ook ontbijtgelegenheden e.d. Dit appartement is een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die optimaal van València wil genieten. Wij komen ook zeker terug!

The best part of the flat is the location. One bedroom flat is spacious but bathroom was very odd. The bathing area was very small and slippery and on asking for an anti skid mat they gave towels. Kitchen was okay with basic amenities. The most irritating part was the street noise as the flat is overlooking cafes which remained busy till 2 am.

Great location; you can get to most attractions in under 10mins. Very clean apartment. Check in/out was easy. Hosts very communicative/responsive. Apartment contained a washing machine which is extremely handy, a safe for our valuables and great kitchen supplies. Would recommend an apartment with external views. Would highly recommend.

Amazing penthouse apartment in the centre of Valencia. Close to the metro, buses, train station. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Very good communication with friendly staff. Clean and safe. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, common area, equipped with everything you need to feel like home away from home. Spacious terrace. Highly recommend!
