A hotel that is in the highest category. A super nice and very pleasant stay, not only because it is located on one of the most emblematic and patrimonial hills of Valparaíso, but the hotel itself is an experience. It offers a superb stay, protecting every detail with class. Absolutely recommended.

Un hotel con encanto único. Muy personalizado y acogedor —
Esta retomando el ritmo que traía antes de la pandemia. Aún falta recuperar el estándar del restaurant del año 2019 en la sofisticación conocida de su cocina, porciones y exclusividad de su antes conocida carta que era un imperdible. Aunque aún es destacable. Su ubicación en el mejor lugar de Valparaíso. Se recomiendas las habitaciones superiores. Las estándar son muy pequeñas aunque impecables.

Muchos cobros
Me dio la sensación que cobran por todo.
Te cobran $15.000 por el estacionamiento (me entere en el check out), te cobran propina por el desayuno que venia incluido (jamás visto), al pasarte la boleta del restaurante te dicen que 10% de propina es por un buen ss, pero 14% es muy bien y 18% excelente.. me parece excesivo.
Aparte en el momento del check out te cobran por otra propina general para todos
