Hi i am leela i have stay on satta for 2 nights it was really wow experience. Me and my mom really like the stay. Good maintenance. Good food and swimming pool is wow i like so much and the ambience all over good. I surely visit again. I prefer to all to visit satta residency.

Unprofessional & unfriendly staff, facilities not working properly and even the attitude of the staff is poor. There's no telephone that can be contacted directly. Ac not functioning properly as well as mattresses were not proper

We reached the place almost around evening. The staff were friendly and we could communicate whatever we wanted with them. Odayam beach was near the property and was at a walkable distance. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

A good stay with swimming pool and beach side view. The house keeping was excellent and provided me with necessary stuffs. Staffs were kind and the food was good.

The pictures shown in the app were totally different from what was real. There is no maintenance in the building. It looks very dirty and the swimming pool is worst. There are actually 3 different rooms, but only one type of room is shown in photos in mmt and we were deceived. When we went to the hotel we were shocked to see the room and they charged us extra money for taking the other room. And there were lot of ant’s in the room
