we absolutely loved it there, all the staff were so kind and friendly & the reception is manned 24/7 so it felt very safe! will definitely be coming back :)

Hotel located close to Piazza San Marco and very close to the vaporetto embarkations, therefore convenient for travel. Unfortunately they no longer serve breakfast due to covid restrictions. However, there are many places near the hotel where you can have breakfast. Very friendly reception staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Room might be a little small but vey clean and the bathroom is new. We enjoyed our two comfortable nights there.

Excellent accommodation
A short walk from a busy plazza with plenty of restaurants. Easy access to st marks square and also main canel for water buses etc. Great value

Un poco pequeña la habitación para 2 personas , no hay lugar para abrir las maletas . Entiendo sus pequeños espacios , pero por lo demás excelente servicio u muy ubicado . Ceca de plaza san Marcos y de todo.

We spent a week here at the hotel and really enjoyed it. The staff was always smiling, warm and welcoming. The cafes nearby were great, as was the location. I’d read a review or two about noise being an issue. This hotel has double or triple pane windows, along with a front door made of the same glass. There are walking corridors all over Venice, so you shouldn’t be surprised if you hear a little something… it’s the charm of being in Italy. We’d definitely stay here again.
