Location was great. Just be mindful that certain rooms are located slightly different than where the main building is (2 mins away). Additionally, the hotel does not provide toothbrush and tooth paste.

Facilities: The facilities are very good, and all drinks are free.
Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy.
Environment: There is a small balcony, there are windows around the bed, and the light is good during the day. The hotel is very close to the bus stop, but the small alley after getting off the boat is narrow, so you may need to pay attention if you have a lot of luggage.
Service: The front desk service is good. We arrived late at night and there was no one at the hotel front desk. After calling the front desk number, a staff member came to help us check in soon.

We are given a room which is a distance away from the reception - where there are no shelter, involved crossing a bridge and stairs. it was raining when we checked in - which results in great inconvenience. The place we were located at does not have lift and we are on the 2nd floor. Take note to those who wants to book this place w big luggages.
Other than that, room itself was clean and decoration was nice and modern. Aircon does not appear to be working as we felt that there isn’t ventilation in the room when windows are closed (for safety reasons). Room comes w free Mini bar as there were no breakfast.

Very beautiful and clean hotel,
Such a wonderful welcome, thank you!
But I took this hotel to be next to the canal but unfortunately we were placed in Palazzo Pianca (house 3) so a little further away, it's a real shame if I would have known I would have taken another hotel .
