Definitely my favorite place to stay in Victoria! All tje special touches they do is really appreciated! Fresh baked cookies and a hand written note on the bed! Breakfast is 5 Star!!

Abbey Rose room on 3rd floor great. No elevator. Staff helped with luggage. Gourmet breakfast each day. Great location. Walk to waterfront 10 minutes.

Abigail’s is fabulous. No detail is overlooked. From the gourmet breakfast, to the luxurious bath products and the comfy robe, I was in heaven. And I have never come across a more friendly and helpful staff.

Abigail's Hotel is truly a feast for the senses. Sight: The hotel boasts stunning decor both inside and out, with a charming patio and beautifully appointed common areas. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the tucked-away parking lot offers easy access and safety for our vehicle. Hearing: Upon entering my room, we were greeted by soft background music playing on the TV, enhancing the serene environment. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was no noise from neighboring rooms, ensuring a peaceful stay. Smell: The delightful fragrances of the bath products and lotion caught my attention, prompting me to inquire at the front desk. I was thrilled to learn they sell these popular items on-site! Touch: The luxurious sheets and incredibly comfortable bed provided the perfect balance of softness and support, making for a truly restful night's sleep. Taste: The included three-course breakfast was outstanding. With a range of three entree choices, there was something to satisfy every palate. Most importantly, the staff at Abigail's Hotel were phenomenal. Their willingness to accommodate every request made me feel like I was having a "Yes Day"! Each member was genuine and humble, contributing to the warm, inviting atmosphere. It's easy to see why this place is rated #1. I highly recommend making reservations early to secure a stay at this extraordinary property!

Absolutely love this hotel. Room was beautiful and so clean, the breakfast was out of this world and the location was absolutely amazing! We only wish we had stayed longer. Absolute gem of a hotel, will recommend to everyone

When I read any reviews that say "Best,etc." I am sometimes skeptical. In the case of this property, Abigails is absolutely the finest Hotel We have ever stayed in, ANYWHERE in the world. Flawless in every category. I have stayed at the Conrad in Hong Kong, Excelsior Gallia in Milan, etc., and Abigails SURPASSES these in my view. We stayed in the Coach House. The room was flawless, the service was flawless, breakfast was simple but amazingly good, and I had the best sleep perhaps that I can remember.

Only issue we had was being on 2nd floor there was no lift for all our luggage, we had a little help with it. Room was beautiful and comfortable, breakfast was ok but limited

Abigail's is the place to stay for elegance, service, comfort. The attention to detail in the decor extends even to the stairway which many folks may not even see. You feel like you are walking into a classic period mansion but with very modern amenities. The beds are almost too comfortable though there is much to see in Victoria, you shouldn't dawdle. And the breakfast is certainly something to wake up for. The chefs excel at presentation and delicious offerings served by an attentive and friendly staff. The front desk staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. Abigail's location is an easy walk to all the must see sights in the Inner Harbor. We can't wait to go back.
