"Location is great and price is reasonable. They provide valet parking for $21 overnight. My only concern is the elevator is a bit small and can only fit in 5 people."
"The location of this hotel is superb!
We took Uber direct from Victoria Airport to hotel only 37 mins. Connector bus terminal just right at the corner which we took on the way back direct to Vancouver Airport.
It is right at the center of downtown, walking distance can reach major Victoria's key tourist destinations and very accessible to many eateries nearby.
The hotel is clean and simple, but not too many facilities. Only have one Starbucks and a Pizza corners serving breakfast and pizza in evening. But with the accessible location, its all good. I will definitely return since its really a convenient location with value for money room rate."
"Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.
Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled. Nonetheless, looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.
Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for."
"The hotel is a bit far from the parking lot, but the location and cleanliness of the hotel are excellent. It is located in a touristic area, so it is good for families to stay."
"This hotel was perfect for my husband and I. Everywhere was walkable, to the park, Fisherman’s Wharf, to the Parliament and downtown. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighbourhood and the victorian houses. We will definitely consider staying here again!"
"The room was spacious and the service was great! The hotel is in a great location for venturing downtown by foot. We parked in their underground parking while we were there. Even when we checked out, we were allowed to keep our car in the lot until 4pm (but confirm with the front desk just incase)."
"My friend and I were very impressed with the Arbutus Inn. It was a very clean hotel and was newly renovated. The renovations were very tasteful and our room was very nice. You could also tell that there were new beds. They were very comfortable and had a good design. I was especially impressed that there no ”smoke” smell in the rooms or in the hotel lobby. All in all it was a very good experience."
"Sadly the room wasn’t clean at all. There was dust and plastic trash on both bed side tables. Other guest left some food leftovers on the fridge which had a weird smell and we reported this but they didn’t do much about it."
"Facilities: There is a coffee machine, air conditioning, a 1.8-meter bed and a sofa bed of about 1.35 meters. My friend booked another hotel, which advertised a double bed, but it was actually two 1.35-meter beds. Compared with the hotel he booked, the room here is very spacious. In general, the price-performance ratio is good.
Hygiene: relatively clean
Environment: convenient parking
Service: The waiter helped to open the sofa bed. When he saw that I brought 4 children, he took the initiative to ask me if I wanted to add another blanket. Because the coffee machine and air conditioning were used at the same time, the power was cut off. The front desk guy was very good and went upstairs to solve the problem quickly with one phone call. Wi-Fi requires a code. I said it was a bit difficult to understand on the phone, and he sent it to me again.
Breakfast: Foreign breakfasts cannot be compared with domestic ones. I entered the breakfast room and searched for a long time before I found bread slices and yogurt. Coffee milk is standard, and eggs need to be asked by the waiter. However, it is good for a budget hotel to include breakfast."

Great
CCindyTsangThe location is slightly off downtown; if you have a car, it's not a problem. Street parking is fine; you can pay $19 for a night. The flat is huge for two people. The facilities are in good condition. There are two Dyson fans, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. We were here in the summer, but the temperature at night was around 12-14. It's good not to have AC in the room, and the room still feels cool enough with the balcony door and the bottom windows opened in the bedroom and the living room, even without turning on the fans. There are washing machines with a drying function in the room, which are free to use, but you must bring your detergents or buy them at the front desk. I liked the living environment and the fresh air here. As it's off the main road, I enjoyed the silent evening without traffic noise.
GGuest UserA very satisfactory hotel. Comfortable, close to attractions, convenient for eating, will stay again in the future
Room: newly renovated, with kitchen for cooking, comfortable mattress
Location: 5 minutes walk to City Hall, beach, and restaurants. The hotel is across the road from Beacon Hill Park, which is very convenient. There is a small ranch in the park, which the children like very much.
Parking: $10/day
Service: The front desk is very enthusiastic, a Shanghai girl, who recommended us attractions to visit nearby

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room is very big, fully equipped with kitchen and cooking tools. It is within walking distance to the city hall and surrounding attractions! There is a parking lot but it is charged. It would be perfect if free parking was available! I met a cute deer in the parking lot
いいわうち こうすけ岩内 孝輔There was a bus stop to downtown right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. There are plenty of places to shop and eat nearby.
VViolaLinSince I went there during the hot season of summer, I didn’t notice that the website didn’t state that the hotel does not have in-room cooling air conditioning. There was a small fan in room 204, and the window could not be turned on for ventilation. I stayed for two nights. When I picked up the room, the hotel staff told me that the hotel had no vacancies and no room could be changed. Even contacting trip.com customer service could not solve the problem of changing hotels. I couldn't have a good rest on the first night. The lady on duty at night was empathetic and told me that the hotel was not fully booked. The hotel staff did not change the room until the next day when the hotel staff notified the manager. There was no western sun and ventilation. The hotel staff highly recommended 👍🏼 which made my trip to Victoria perfect. In summer, hotels without air conditioning are not recommended, and it is also recommended that websites state that there is no air conditioning.

林林In fact, the sanitary conditions of the hotel are still good, but the hotel is relatively old, but the room is still relatively large, the two beds are quite large, if you are not picky about staying 4 people is also very easy. The facilities are quite complete, and there is a small kitchen for cooking. The front desk service is good and there is a parking lot. The advantage of the hotel is away from the port, city hall, Chinatown, Biganshan Park (the starting point of Canada’s famous Highway 1 is here, the park is very large and beautiful), and it is also far from Craig Darok Castle Not far. Personally, I think it's a good place to rest during the trip, and it's also cost-effective abroad.
