Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

Checked in late to our “Superior Room” during our visit to Vienna. The room was clean and cozy just as you would expect at a Mercure hotel. But that’s where the good things ended. The next morning at about 9.30am we heard knocking on the door and it started opening. We panicked and I quickly held it preventing it from opening any further. After a couple of mins, we opened the door ourselves to check who on earth it was. Turned out it was the cleaning lady from the housekeeping staff. She even had the gall to ask us at what time were we leaving, that too at 9.30!! We informed the lady at the reception and she was apologetic but would not take any “concrete” action. That is not all, there was no dental kit in the room. We called up the reception and the lady let us know that they were out of dental kits! How do you claim to be a 4* hotel with such a lacklustre service and poor hospitality? Either way, I know that I am not going back to this hotel and would caution others too. 4/10 for me.

Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. Overall recommendation: Highly recommended:

I studied abroad in Vienna in 2009 for my MBA and this was my first trip back since. I selected the Hilton Vienna Park because of it's close proximity to public transport and also near parks and sights I enjoyed when I spent more extensive time in this wonderful city. The hotel itself is busy, but the rooms were upscale, modern and comfortable. The executive lounge is one of the best I've ever been in - great breakfast, great cocktail hour selections and a comfortable place to relax after long days of walking and sightseeing! The hotel is located right next to Wien Mitte so good accessibilty anywhere you need to go as this is a main station in Vienna. Enjoy - I highly recommend this hotel!

Esperienza eccellente in coppia.

The location is the best! Environment also very near to supermarket and transportation. Drinks, food, everything nearby and is so convenient. Even night time go back also very safety as the location is in the middle of city. 1 more things I like is to drink the refresher drink and snack provide from the hotel every morning before I leave the hotel.

Clean and spacious, close to train stations, bus and tram stations. Only few stops to the city. If there is a microwave would be perfect.
Since it's self check in. It's hard to contact a staff if any questions. However, we found a whatsapp number contact to the staff at the room door at last.

Outstanding
CChrissyboyLovely building and very good service as soon as I arrived.
Rooms are spacious and modern with floor boards rather than carpet. Rooms with bath tub are available. Lighting is good and sockets are well located for charging.
Overall a good 5 star hotel at a reasonable price in Vienna!
GGuest UserWe have always had great stays with Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor. We have stayed there many times and some were for a week or two weeks at a time. Everytime, we were upgraded to an Andaz suite, which had a simple ”kitchen” with a microwave. The Andas suite is very large and with an extra guest toilet. These upgrades have always been given without any SUA. So this past weekend, becasue of our great experience with Andaz Munich, when we decided to visit Vienna, we chose Andaz Vienna instead of PH Vienna. To be on the safe side, we used points and reserved 3 nights and asked our concierge to apply a SUA to the reservation. Well, when we opened the door and saw our room, we were disappointed to see how small and basic the ”suite” was. It was still a nice room, but half the size of the Andaz suites we were used to in Andaz Munich. The hotel had more rooms available for upgrades, becasue when we went down to the FD and inquired politely if there were any other upgrades that we could get, they offered another suite with an additional €80 per day and an ”even better” suite for an additional €120 a day. We took the first offered room and found the new room to be very similar to the Andaz suite in Andaz Munich. (Later on we found out from other globalists that they have negotiated it down to €50 a day. ) We are curious as to what kind of room we would have been ”upgraded” to as a globalist, if we did not use an SUA. The room they offered after applying an SUA was the saddest that we have gotten. I think this is prob one of the reasons that Andaz Vienna is a cat 3 hotel. Except for the free breakfast, we did not feel anything special as a globalist. We did get a late check out. Andaz Vienna is a stone throw from Vienna Hauptbahnhof vs. PH Vienna is in the center of the old town. I think if we added up the extra € per day plus the taxi fares that we spent each day, it will make sense next time to stay in PH Vienna instead. It is Cat 6, requires more points, but I am sure they will treat Globalists much better than the Andaz Vienna.
GGuest UserIt is a modern high tower of which only the lower 8 floors are hotel rooms. We had a beautiful view from the 7th on the Danube. Breakfast is on the 4th, a nice breakfast room, everything is there for a tasteful breakfast. Good service at reception. Parking under the building. There is a large shopping center with dining facilities. And public transport close to, so in the center
I love the concept of this hotel. It feels like a tiny house. It is well located, close to metro, tram, and bus stations. The breakfast includes variety of items to select. It has a mobile key, which is awesome because you don't have the fear of lose it. The girl at the reception was so gentle and guided me thought the digital check-in process.
SSun_shine___17It’s good hotel but definitely not 5 stars
Good style and furniture. But we asked for a kettle and we’ve got it without cups and tea
No hair conditioner. Be ready that your shower is almost in your room
And gym is tiny and not good equipped

GGuest UserWe arrived in this facility with the taxi taken at Vienna Airport, we paid €62 in 4 since the hotel is 26 km away. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed despite being very late, entered into the room we found a very comfortable, minimal but very nice room. The next morning we asked for information for the Vienna centre and the boy at the reception showed and marked on the package. The hotel is close to the metro, has a penny supermarket, a tobacco store and a pharmacy next door. Super comfortable beds, excellent daily cleaning, air conditioned in the room.
AAleksIt was almost the cheapest option for us. It’s ok if you don’t have high expectations. Double bed is combined from 2 singles beds. There is No kettle in the room, you need to go to reception and ask them hot water and it’s for price 50+euros per room. Window faces nowhere, it’s a little bit dark in the room.
Location is good, 150 meters from subway, 5 minutes from railway station and very close to Belvedere.
BBo RFor the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center.
When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
