Very friendly staff, easy and quick check in. Great location, close to everything including the public transportation. Nice and clean roomnwell heated.

The structure is a bit dated and without air conditioning. It would have been useful to find at least 2 chairs (there was one but there were 2 of us), a fridge (the heat was terrible and we were unable to cool the drinks) and some hooks to hang the towels for the shower seemed the minimum. The cleanliness, considering the price, seemed decent to me. The tram is practically attached to the structure; good for getting around but annoying if you want to sleep with the window open.

Chambre spartiate et petite, mais avec une salle de bain privée et fonctionnelle. Pension bien placée, pas loin du centre et proche des transports (bus et trams).
La réception n’est ouverte qu’entre 12 et 17h, si vous arrivez plus tard, il n’y a personne pour ouvrir. Je n’ai pas reçu le code d’accès malgré mes relances et j’ai failli rester dehors le premier soir… alors il vaut mieux appeler en avance. Pour les petits budgets et pour un voyage sans prétention.

Non avevamo grandi aspettative ma riteniamo che il servizio di check in sia troppo limitato come orario. Pensiamo anche che in una struttura senza colazione un bollitore in camera e un distributore di acqua/bevande negli spazi comuni siano opportuni perchè gli orari dei negozi e dei locali a Vienna non sono molto elastici
