Unfortunately, the service at reception is poor. When we arrived, we were given the wrong room. Instead of just saying “sorry”, they looked for excuses. Children wanted to buy an ice cream, you spoke loudly and clearly to both receptionists (Mr Arnold or Arnulf) and were completely ignored. If you spoke to Mr Arnold about it at check-out, you were told “that it would be better to approach him, he didn’t feel like he was being spoken to”. Unbelievable but true!!! The colleague I spoke to remained silent and said nothing. Which was better.
One time and NEVER again. The reception staff should really be better trained. Management failure to put such people in customer service.
