Very nice boutique hotel, each room have a unic design. We loved the breakfast and the afternoon tea we definitely feel like home! Management is super helpful and kind definitely recommend it

This hotel in Vienna is a gem. Excellent service from check in to our departure. Loved our large room, the wonderful breakfast and the fresh breads. The afternoon tea/coffee in the library was social and delightful. Hope to return one day soon.

The Altstadt is above and beyond magical. What a wonderful experience, where you feel like part of the family, surrounded by art, great food, love and joy! The neighborhood is an easy walk to the old center of Vienna, but just far enough away from the bustle to feel like a local.

A wonderful hotel, excellent in every respect. It was obvious a lot of attention had been paid to many small details in the comfortable guest rooms, breakfast buffet and bar. The staff were uniformly engaging and helpful. The hotel itself had a quirky and interesting display of artworks in each room and in all the public areas.

A magical place filled with so much attention to detail. The team at this hotel are so welcoming and every aspect is completed with the highest attention to detail. The afternoon tea is such a nice offering and really contributes to the overall ambience of feeling at home.

Enjoyed the location close to the Museum Quarter. We parked our car in the MQ garage about a 15 minute walk from hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Ringstrasse. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delightful. Room is small and sink was in the room instead of bathroom. Street noise is loud so had to keep windows closed at night.

Short city trip in the run up to Christmas with our youngest son and his girlfriend allowed us to discover this fantastic art hotel. Art in the sense that art works fill the corridors and walls on this small, beautiful property. The rooms were lovely, on the mezzanine floor (rooms 1 and 5); the breakfast was diverse and delicious, but without being too much. We loved the bar area dominated by a beautiful Christmas tree, where we hang out with a drink or a tea each evening when we came back after dinner. However, the thing that made this special and a justified member of the small luxury hotels brand was the service. A motivated and dynamic team, full of useful suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Finally a great location - 5-6 minutes walk from the U3 U-Bahn (Volkstheatre), so about 35 minutes from the airport by train. Easy to walk to the Museum Quarter, several Christmas markets and the centre of town. Would definitely recommend this place.

I stayed twice. The hotel is in a very good location close to all the action. Some rooms are way too small but the larger rooms are superb! Breakfast was absolutely delicious.
