Hotel in buona posizione a 20 Min a piedi si raggiungono varie locations del centro. Camera pulita e ambiente accogliente. Discreta la colazione, staff cortese e disponibile. Apprezzato il servizio di self check-in con arrivo di notte. Molto bello l' ascensore d'epoca.

Clean and tidy room, kind and helpful staff, typical Viennese furnishings.. and the typical elevator is wonderful. Maybe if I had to find a flaw, the heat and the breakfast were a little lacking but it was fine anyway, otherwise I would go back again, really nice

The hotel was very nice and clean. Very close to a stop, but also to attractions on foot. Breakfast satisfactory and rich. The gentleman at the reception very helpful. The room was warm enough while the days were very cold. The reception closes at 6 but you can easily come in and out without fear. I would prefer it again on my next visit to Vienna.

The room was huge, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the old lift and big windows.
You can hear the tram which passes the end of the road and if you happen to be unlucky with noisy neighbours, you can hear very easily through to the next room.
Really good location, close to main attractions and great transport links. Quieter area of the city as slightly away from the main bustle.
