Vayalen Boutique Hotel

維也納酒店確實太貴了，我從維也納醫學院賓館住了一夜就搬到這兒來。比維也納醫學院貴了50%。lobby在裝修，一個坐的椅子都沒有，房間裏沒有行李架。 不過房間倒是挺安靜的，被子毛巾都是新的，房間不大衞生間大。前台的先生也很友好。

The room looked somewhat dated; The floor carpet was quite unhygienic and lacked cleaning. The staff was quite rude and unfriendly. This hotel is worth it if you find a great deal, as was my case, since the normal price is quite high for what it offers.

Top Unterkunft! Netter Rezeptionist und das Zimmer war sauber, schick und nicht wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, sondern viel schöner. Können wir mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Der Eingang war aber nicht leicht zu finden, mann musste jedoch nur eine Tür weiter rechts gehen.

The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes' drive from the airport. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms, helpful and kind staff, very quiet rooms, rich breakfast with very good croissants. I highly recommend it

A totally forgettable experience, rude staff, poor cleanliness, uncomfortable beds and terrible quality of food, we were on a trip of 50 people and at dinner they didn't have the necessary seats for everyone, meals with lactose despite the intolerances communicated long before, the first day once we returned in the evening the rooms had not been made up, perhaps due to the lack of staff perhaps due to the presence of a group of young people, the rooms had plasterboard walls and any noise was heard from outside, even other really rude guests who they complain to the reception about the hairdryer being turned on at 7:30 in the morning. For dinner they divided us into 2 groups and brought potatoes cooked with butter, also for the lactose intolerant, those who had decided not to eat them marked them with a knife and they were brought back heated to those in the second shift, Dinner environment dirty and not suitable for a celiac, always present in our group and communicated 1 month before.
