i booked king bed and when I entered the room, I found a separate mattress, which was very uncomfortable. They just apologized and did not give me any compensation

很難説清有多喜歡維也納～酒店很乾凈整潔，大廳的裝飾與傢俱也非常漂亮。離酒店不遠處就是《Before sunrise》裏的遊樂場，傍晚去坐了落日飛車，粉色的天空很美。天黑後是電影裏的感覺。

床很舒服，房間跟淋浴間都很大，飯店離普拉特公園非常近，從窗戶就可以看到遊樂設施（但不會聽到尖叫），餐廳的風景不錯；但整體而言我覺得相同價錢可以訂到更好的住宿。
淋浴間的玻璃門無法密合，水會噴一點點出去，部分磁磚不平，剛入住時我無法把門從打開卡住的地方關起，差點以為門要整片破掉。
櫃檯人員對附近資訊不清楚，詢問附近是否有自助洗衣店他請我問白班的另一位櫃台。
在時限內（上午11點）掛了需要打掃的牌子但沒有人來打掃，還要去跟櫃檯說。
早餐在頂樓，雖然view不錯但cp值沒有很高。
退房前一直莫名其妙被敲門打擾，第一次11點多開門之後看到我人在裡面就走掉了，第二次12:00一到會來跟你說12:00了請退房。

Mega stylish accommodation, I immediately felt super comfortable. The mattresses are great and I would have loved to spend another night there.
