The hotel is clean and bright overall. There are regular activities in the lobby. The heating is very strong so you don't have to worry about being cold in winter. However, the only downside is that there is only one bathroom in the room, so you have to queue up to use the toilet or take a shower.

Location very central for a budget holiday, public transport takes you down by lift. Room was clean but not cleaned during your stay, extra charge. No hand towels provided, need to leave a deposit for hairdryer.

A very good youth hostel with all the facilities. It is right next to Vienna West Station, and the transportation is very convenient. There are also some performances on weekdays. The hotel also provides billiard tables and board games for free. The price-performance ratio is very good! I will come again next time

It was perfect in every respect.
The guests and staff were all very kind and I was very impressed.
I would like to stay here again. Another plus is that there are lots of restaurants nearby. If you try hard, you can even walk to the city center.

It seems to be the best hostel I've ever been to. First of all, it's huge and the place to rest inside the hostel is well-equipped. The location is good and the shower room is satisfactory.
