I don't have any good photos of the hotel room, and Ctrip helped me solve a lot of problems. Even though the hotel forced me to pay with my credit card, it didn't affect my mood!

I give it a 5/5!
It’s a great value for me , the location is super convenient , many bus / tram lines and U4 are in short walking distance.
The bed is comfortable, there’s a mini bar . The room is not very big but quite practical and quiet.
The room service isn’t so good tho, they didn’t change the towels , didn’t even clean the floor .
The breakfast is unbelievably simple - only bread and drinks , but what can you expect for for the fair-able room rate you paid for right ?
I’d def stay again.

Way better places
Positives:
Bedroom is clean, good wifi, well located, overall quiet.
Negatives:
There isn’t a private terrace but rather a gangway that leads to the rooms, unprotected from the rain. Step to access the rooms from the main building which isn’t great with luggage.
Room isn’t cleaned unless you stay 3 nights, which means that for a weekend, no fresh towels, no coffee refills, trash isn’t taken out etc. This is hugely disappointing.
Pigeons live above the door to the room with everything it entails.
Staff isn’t engaging not interested.
Bedding is very basic.

The stay was smooth, the guys working in the reception are fantastic and helpfull. All the staff in general was nice during the whole journey. It‘s worth it for the price paid

Adeguato al prezzo.
Ottima posizione, sonni tranquilli e personale cordiale e disponibile. Un appunto solo all'impianto televisivo
con nessun canale italiano funzionante, e all'arredamento, decisamente obsoleto (soprattutto al pianoterra), che offusca l'immagine positiva dell'hotel.
