Very nice, lots of rooms, clean and sanitary.

A pleasant hotel slightly off-center from the center. The woman at reception was welcoming and very warm, she also recommended places to see in town. The room is clean, comfortable and includes everything you need in terms of amenities.

Mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel was ich bisher erlebt habe. Farbe blättert von den Wänden. Der Lampenschirm über dem Bett war lose und hätte jederzeit abfallen können. Die Wände waren dreckig. Das Bad war versifft, Fugen schwarz, Fliesen kaputt und mit Löchern. Klimaanlage war ein Standventilator. Aber am Schlimmsten: Ungeziefer im Zimmer.

Бронировали отель11.05.24 по телефону с 11-13.05.24 2 взрослых и 2 детей.По приезду оказалось, что тот администратор, который с нами общался не внес бронь в систему и она слетела.Нам по цене 4 месного номера дали 2 двухместных.Утром 12.05 нам позвонил администрато и сказал переселиться в четырехместный номер без объяснения причин ( и это был ужас),мы должны были потерять 2 часа своего личного времени, чтобы тоскать с 2 детьми по лестнице свои вещи.Нас переселили в номер,где в полу дырка и по всему номеру ползают муравьи. Ужасное отношение и отвратительный сервис, как такой отель вообще может существовать? ШОК И УЖАС!!!

Hotel with good location, in the same street there are 4 supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacconist, kebab and pizzeria, and many other shops. From the hotel it is easy to reach any area by public transport. All the staff are really very helpful and friendly. We certainly weren't expecting a luxurious hotel and weren't even looking for one, but a 3 star +, despite having a modest structure, can't do anything wrong... instead, unfortunately it's really, really dirty. In the room there were 2 inches of dust everywhere and the bathroom, which smelled very bad, had not been cleaned before our arrival, the toilet was in indecent condition. Luckily, having a wide choice of supermarkets 20 m from the hotel, we bought the cleaning products and starting from the wardrobes and ending with the bathroom we made the room livable. Furthermore, the carpet is poorly maintained, the bathroom is dilapidated and the doors are broken with dangling handles. We always found the breakfast tablecloths stained, except on the last day. Breakfast is mainly savory. For dessert only a cake made by them and butter and loaf of bread.
