I had a great stay and would definitely return. Location is great, close to all main attractions. The hotel is modern, rooms are very spacious and have excellent bed, shower, bathtub, bathroom amenities. Most importantly, the rooms have very good soundproofing. You won't have issues with noise here. Breakfast is plentiful, the coffee is very good quality, the breakfast staff are very courteous. Bar and restaurant are beautifully designed and have a good selection of food and drinks. All the staff I met were very nice and professional. Only thing to consider: the rooms with courtyard view are in fact facing another building so you don't really have a view. I would book a room with a city view. Thank you very much, I will be back.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect, but the accommodations are spectacular. The breakfast bar included made to order eggs, not just a regular buffet. The restaurant and bar are beautiful art deco, examples of old glamour. the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s expensive but worth it.

This is our third time in Vienna in the last six years, and our third time at Hotal Imperial. They've always taken great care of us and this time we received a really nice room upgrade on arrival, which was a great surprise after an all-night flight. The concierge service is great and so are the in-room treats we were left each day. Service and food at Cafe Imperial are great, and the doorman even remembered us from our last visit two years ago. Best of all is the prime location -- we could walk to just about everyplace in the old part of Vienna. If you get the chance, you need to stay here. We'll definitely be back.

We showed up at the hotel needing to change our room as our kids joined us after all. Antonio was exceptional in his approach to helping solve our issue. I never felt as though I was a burden as he juggled room options to get us into a solution. Having lived in Dubai for 10 years and enjoyed outstanding service it was really a relief to encounter Antonio in Vienna. My past experience is certainly not what I had with Antonio. Outstanding service. The hotel was wonderful. Great bed! Great water pressure for the shower. Overall a great visit and I can see is visiting Grand Hotel Wien again.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city. I walk every time, and I can still see the scenery on the road when I walk slowly. The concierge helped book a seven-person car to visit the farther attractions such as Schönbrunn Palace. The driver was very nice and there was no additional charge for the timeout.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel has a long history, was established in 1600, the hotel service level is high, breakfast is good. There is a Hop on Hop off city tour bus route nearby, and the Metro Sweden Square Station is within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. If you want to drive by yourself, you should pay attention, because the parking space in Vienna is really tight. I happened to have a parking space (26 euros for one night) to stop the car.

The location of the hotel was better than expected, a 20 min walk to the center, a 5 min walk to Naschmarkt and the closest underground station which we used to go to Karlsplats, Plater, Schonbrunn, a 1 min walk to the bus which took us to Belvedere. The hotel staff were all extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The family room with a king bed two sofas and view to the garden was spacious, comfortable and clean. Great breakfast too. I will definitely choose it again when I come back to Vienna

With my friend, we were supposed to sleep in a mixed bedroom with 8 beds, but from the COVID we stayed only in a four-bedroom, so pleasant surprise! The only negative point would be the location that is not very close to the tourist centre, but we get there by walking a little.

The hotel service is very good. As soon as I entered the store, a very enthusiastic lady gave two cups of self-service coffee. Although the room is not big, it has a clean and new feel. There are two wafers on the bed as a welcome gift The toilet shower water is very good, and there is no need to take a shower in the bathtub. Many hotels in Europe are troublesome to shower in the bathtub. There is a small police station opposite the hotel. It really feels safe. There are several restaurants downstairs. It takes less than ten minutes to walk two streets to the Chinese restaurant. There are many Chinese shops in one street. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center, but you can see it all the way. It’s not too far to walk through a market. We are at the scenic spot. The parking lot is charged. It is a five-minute walk from the hotel to the underground parking lot! It's also very convenient! The breakfast can’t be said to be very rich, but the basics are enough to eat. The hotel manager also came to greet you. The attitude is great. Will choose.

I stayed at Erzherzog Rainer with my wife and my little daughter and had a wonder stay. Staffs here are very friendly and considerable. They also offered lots of help when I need to make some phone call with German only voice system. Minibar can always be refilled after a daily room service. It will be a huge improvement to perfect level if the hotel can provide accessible paths for disables, prams and travellers with heavy luggage to reach the elevator and the breakfast place.

This hotel is new, beautifully designed with the latest trend and very clean. The reception has a bar with plenty of space to relax and a very nice restaurant downstairs for breakfast. The area is a bit far from the center of town(10 minutes ride in the underground) but is near the Nashmarket so there’s plenty of restaurant to try. The rooms are clean , modern, comfortable and the bathroom very sleek with fluffy towels. Our room was facing a little children’s park so it was quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant had a terrace filled with plants. We wholly recommend this hotel for is friendly staff, great breakfast and modern rooms.

It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. Overall recommendation: Highly recommended:
