It is close to the city center and facing the cultural center, so it is advantageous for beginners who are not familiar with geography.
The owner of the accommodation is fluent in English, but the staff barely speak English. All Laotians are very friendly anyway.
One downside is that the room is so dusty that you can't take off your shoes because it's currently under construction.
If the price is the same even after the construction is finished, it is an accommodation that you will want to use again on your next visit.

部屋に電子レンジが置いてあり、簡単な調理ができるキッチン付きだった。
その分、短期滞在に必要なもの、シャンプーやボディーソープなど基本的なものは置いてない。
3泊したが、部屋の掃除、ベッドメイキングは無かった。
場所は繁華街に近く、かなり便利な場所。
スタッフも親切だった。

Very easy and nice apartment. I did not use the kitchen as I was there for one night but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. Room was spacious. Only complaint is that the wifi was not very strong.
