Wunderschön aufgeräumtes, sauberes und stadtnahes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, absolut empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer war supersauber und groß, wir haben auf dem Rückweg von Slowenien, per Zufall, einen Stopp in Villach gemacht und waren sehr angenehm vom Hotel Kramer überrascht

Das Hotel Kramer hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Es ist ein sehr altes Haus, dass mit viel Geschmack hergerichtet wurde. Dass es keinen Lift gibt, finden wir aus umwelttechnischen Gründen gut mitgedacht. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück für ein 3-Stern supa, alles drauf, was das Herz begehrt. Kommen wieder!

Rapporto qualità - prezzo scadente. Non c'è cura del cliente, il personale è chiassoso e irrispettoso del riposo degli ospiti (parlo di chiasso alle 6 del mattino, all'inizio del turno per preparare le colazioni). La stanza assegnata è molto dissimile da quelle fotografate nel sito. Bagno senza dotazione oltre al sapone liquido. Per il prezzo richiesto l'offerta è meno che modesta.

Cia siamo andati per il pranzo solamente e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Personale accogliente, piatti ricchi, abbondanti e molto buoni! Nei dintorni i locali erano tutti pieni e qui, per fortuna, siamo riusciti a pranzare bene e al caldo.

Sono rimasto davvero stupito, perché nonostante sia un 3 stelle, è davvero tutto perfetto: camera piccolina ma pulita e ben arredata (molto apprezzata la bottiglia d'acqua presente) e con letto matrimoniale comodissimo, interni dell'albergo davvero molto confortevoli e caratteristici, parcheggio privato gratuito, wi-fi perfettamente funzionante, personale cordiale che parla anche italiano. E poi: la colazione è davvero la fine del mondo... dolce, salato, krapfen, uova, dolci, il pane ancora caldo e tantissimo altro! Davvero consigliato!

Struttura che si presenta calda, accogliente, quasi familiare. Camera essenziale, bagno non riscaldato. Sapone presente in dispenser. Colonna al centro camera che impedirebbe la vista TV se...la TV funzionasse !! Solo programmi in tedesco per una mancata manutenzione (sat TV) ma neppure una parola di scuse. No bidè ( e lo spazio ci sarebbe stato) no un bollitore in camera che ormai è nello standard di tutti gli hotel. Nei servizi offerti c'è un ristorante che però è chiuso. Bastava aggiornare i dati. Ottima la posizione,

L hotel ha diversi anni e ha un'aria un po' retrò. La camera è ristrutturata, spaziosa, calda. Ampio bagno con nuovi sanitari e finestra. Spazi comuni molto ampi, sala colazione molto accogliente, buoni prodotti, ampia scelta di salato e dolce. L'indirizzo è su Italienerstrasse, ma l'accesso con l'auto avviene facendo il giro dell'isolato, entrando da Steinwendestrasse e attraverso un parcheggio pubblico: così si arriva all'ingresso dell'hotel, e il posto auto è gratuito. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura ad ottobre 2022, camera doppia uso singolo al secondo piano. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e con una bella vetrata. La qualità del sonno è molto buona; il bagno e spazioso, pulito ma manca il bidet. La struttura in generale è un po datata ma caratteristica. Lo staff e gentile e disponibile. Ottimo parcheggio e posizione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente consigliato.

Definirlo albergo è un offesa L peggio di un ostello. Prezzi molto elevati per scortesia del personale , camere da incubo addirittura la suite si paga aria condizionata ben sette eu extra poiché non è compresa. Camera molto spartana sporca e con doccia che butta acqua da tutte le parti poiché e ricavata da una vasca . Colazione misera chi primo arriva mangia tutto e non riforniscono . Prezzi alti e hotel scarso
