Nice hotel with great staff!
Great staff, very helpful! Helped out with taxi and other stuff. Free loan bikes. Clean and full kitchen-ware. Convenient to have grocery store as neighbour.

Struttura frequentata dal 2015. Camere ampie ben posizionate in zona tranquilla e vicino ai centri commerciali. Bella piscina ,personale molto disponibile e accogliente. Da quest'anno anche la lavatrice sul balcone che torna sempre utile. Per qualsiasi problema (anche banale ) personale immediatamente disponibile. Parcheggio interno,bar pulizia e la posizione strategica ne fanno la mia meta quando vado a Villasimius. In 18 minuti è a cala Sinzias in 10 alla suprema Punta Molentis.

Posizione comoda rispetto al centro di Villasimius. Parcheggio interno. Personale gentile e disponibile.Alloggio dotato di tutto e spazioso. Ci tornerei . Vicinissimo a due supermercati.peccato che il bar interno sia aperto solo la mattina.

Personale molto cordiale e riservato bilocale pulito e comodo per 4 persone (da migliorare per spazi interni agli armadi e cassettiera, pentolame e stoviglie da aggiungere).Carino il terrazzino su cui cenare e molto rilassante la piscina dopo la giornata di mare. Molto comoda la disponibilità di 2 supermercati di qualità difronte al residence e distante a solo 5 minuti dal centro

Well furnished apartment with all the comforts and necessities. From the washing machine to the beach umbrella. . Large and clean pool. 10 minutes walk from the center. Large free parking. Friendly and efficient staff. Many beautiful beaches a few minutes by car It is located in an industrial area with 2 markets.

Siamo capitati per caso nel bar. Subito si presenta molto accogliente, accolti davvero con il sorriso e tavoli super puliti. Qualità molto rara per il posto e sopratutto prezzi onesti. Se saremo di passaggio torneremo sicuramente. Grazie!

Residence molto accogliente. Appartamento spazioso per 4 persone, abbiamo preso un bilocale i bambini dormivano nel divano letto in soggiorno dove c'era anche un piccolo angolo cottura attrezzato con frigo normale e forno oltre ai fornelli. C'è Anche la lavatrice. Tutto molto adeguato e funzionale per una settimana di vacanza. Molto apprezzata la presenza della piscina con lettini prendisole...un tuffo al ritorno dalla spiaggia è molto piacevole. La pulizia è adeguata. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Ottima la posizione: vicinissima a due grandi supermercati ( Coop ed Eurospin) e a un tiro di schioppo dal centro: 5 minuti a piedi. unica pecca il check in: dall'una alle cinque non c'è nessuno e non ti fanno entrare.

Fate attenzione! Noi abbiamo prenotato a gennaio 2023 un trilocale tramite un tour operator che indicava chiaramente i costi aggiuntivi (non irrilevanti) da pagare in loco. Arrivati a destinazione, i costi (da saldare immediatamente all’arrivo e senza vedere l’appartamento) erano più alti. Inoltre ci veniva assegnato un bilocale. solitamente sono situazioni che risolvono la struttura e il tour operator tra di loro! invece non hanno voluto sentire ragioni e ho dovuto io chiedere il rimborso delle spese aggiuntive al tuo operator. Mi hanno rinfacciato di non aver prenotato direttamente con loro. Assurdo!! Hanno specificato inoltre che, indipendentemente dalla prenotazione, loro assegnano l’appartamento in base alle persone. Noi eravamo in 3 pertanto ci spettava un bilocale (notare che ho pagato un trilocale ma al momento non ne avevano disponibili). Il bilocale in sé è carino ma il balcone è veramente inutilizzabile, se si apre lo stenditoio, non ci sta neanche una persona!! Voglio far notare inoltre che non c’è stato nessun tentativo di venirci incontro, ma un semplice invito ad alloggiare altrove!!! Da dimenticare
