Superb location, friendly staff, always feels relaxed even when busy!
Maybe the bedrooms could do with a slight update (looks like the en-suite bathrooms were refreshed recently).

Der Strand ist zwar sehr schön und die Hotelanlage ebenso. Das Kinderprogramm ist auch ok. Doch das Nachtessen war während der ganzen Woche ungeniessbar. Es gab für über CHF 100 pro Tag schlecht zubereitetes Fleisch/Fisch (Bsp. durchzogenes graufarbiges Entrecôte) mit einer kalten Gemüsebeilage (Bsp. Krautstil) ohne Pasta/Reis/Kartoffeln etc. Das Hotel war auch nicht bereit, eine Umbuchung auf das hotelinterne Strandrestaurant vorzunehmen, so dass das Abendessen hätte dort eingenommen werden können. Empfehlung deshalb: Ganz sicher ohne Nachtessen buchen…

Mia figlia, le mie sorelle ed io abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno in questo resort spettacolare. Al di là del mare, (stupendo) la location è molto bella, immersa in una vegetazione molto curata. Vorrei ringraziare tutto il personale per la gentilezza e professionalità. I ragazzi in spiaggia, che hanno fatto coinvolto mia figlia nelle attività, e in particolar modo le ragazze/i ragazzi della reception che hanno prontamente soddisfatto ogni nostra necessità e ci hanno dato preziosi consigli. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Personalmente ringrazio di cuore il Sig. Alberto, che è stato FANTASTICO nel prodigarsi per offrirmi sempre menù adatti alle mie intolleranze alimentari. Grazie di cuore!

Mein Sohn war von dem Kids Club absolut begeistert, wir kommen sicher wieder zurück! Die Sportmöglichkeiten in der Anlage, sei es Tennis, Beach Volley oder Kanu haben wir auch sehr geschätzt.
