The hotel service is good, the waiters are very considerate and provide attentive service. The room is very large and spacious, and the environment is clean and beautiful. However, the room has a musty smell that needs follow-up treatment. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommended!

Cleaning of the bathroom is pretty bad, women’s hairs from the last stays I believe in the shower. I don’t really know why you locked the minibar, for the highest room rate in the city for sure you don’t expect this. And how about the shaving kit ? In international chain hotel we don’t provide the basic amenities such as shaving kit anymore ?) 😂 Dear Room Division Manager - saving cost is one thing but if you keep the room cleaning on this level and with this bathroom amenities you won’t be having any guests in future.
