Beautiful hotel with sea view and lower price with Trip

Friendly staff, comfortable room, good location for vacation.

Dissapointed with the hotel and service. 1 - Not body wash when arrive in the room 2 - Hotel workers come to knock the door during “do not disturb” time. 3 - When asked for clean the room, no one come to clean. 4 - Breakfast not good, not many options. 5 - Elevator difficulty to breath. 6 - No towel in the swimming pool 7 - Security at the night very impolite - January 3rd 8 - High price for a not good service.

Best to come on weekdays to avoid crowd. Only setback is no buffet breakfast. Nice hotel with seaview.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, it has super comfy beds and couches. There is a bath tub in the room that I stayed in, which is a big plus since most places only provide a shower. The views from my room were amazing. Unfortunately when I stayed there, the buffet was closed but that’s minimal. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool and all of the other amenities but I can recommend staying at the Mermaid.

Technically at the seaside but no beach during our visit. Weirdly, the pool closes between 1100 & 1400, not very convenient to our needs.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Always serving with a smile. Excellent service!

Room is big. Good location but the service is very bad. Asking for towels for so many time but housekeeping never bring up. Until we had to go down to front desk and waiting for them to bring to towel up to the room. At the end they just informed us that no more towels. How can it possible at hotel.

Breakfast was poor. Coffee was cold. No refill of food. Location is far from shops.

A great location for you to hang out at as it's really near to the seaside. Nice view from the hotel room.

I was looking forward to the trip to Vung Tau. The hotel has a great view and is close to the sea. The hotel balcony offers a view. The floor we booked is right on the swimming pool floor, which is very convenient and great for watching the sunset.

Complete facilities, clean and hygienic, good environment, good service attitude, it is worth staying in this hotel again on the next trip🏨The seaside is cool and quiet when sleeping!
