Mermaid Seaside Hotel Reviews

The hotel is beautiful and clean, it has super comfy beds and couches. There is a bath tub in the room that I stayed in, which is a big plus since most places only provide a shower. The views from my room were amazing. Unfortunately when I stayed there, the buffet was closed but that’s minimal. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool and all of the other amenities but I can recommend staying at the Mermaid.

Technically at the seaside but no beach during our visit. Weirdly, the pool closes between 1100 & 1400, not very convenient to our needs.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Always serving with a smile. Excellent service!

Room is big. Good location but the service is very bad. Asking for towels for so many time but housekeeping never bring up. Until we had to go down to front desk and waiting for them to bring to towel up to the room. At the end they just informed us that no more towels. How can it possible at hotel.

Breakfast was poor. Coffee was cold. No refill of food. Location is far from shops.

A great location for you to hang out at as it's really near to the seaside. Nice view from the hotel room.

The buffet food is very cheap, like eating at the market.. the cooking is even better than the market

This price is very cost-effective. It also includes breakfast. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. The view from the room is surprisingly good. The beach is right outside the hotel, which is perfect for relaxing.

The hotel environment is not bad! It's just that when placing the order, it is clear that you can return or exchange it without reason, but because of the change of itinerary, it is not possible to return or exchange it. This is unacceptable.

Reception is not very good, security is ok. The food here is not good, few dishes. Bad soundproofing, very noisy at night, children playing and screaming can be heard. There are not many restaurants around. On the trip it is stated that the room has a sea view, but when checking in, the view is towards the house. I asked the front desk, but the receptionist said "nowhere". Disappointed and won't be back.

The room is spacious and nice. Service and surrounding attractions are poor.

A bit remote, sea view room, but the room lacked towels, I don't know why, I called the phone three times and sent an email to the front desk.
