Love this Hotel. Discovered it during Covid, when we were not allowed to leave Suzhou! Hospitality is top. The kids love the outside pool, the main reson we stay at Fairmont every year during the Summer Holidays for a few days. The indoor Playground is for me too small, too hot, but, for FREE and my kids age 6-10 can enjoy themselves nevertheless, for hours there! There is a small farm, archery, Go-cart, but we went only once, a bit expensive, the outside pool is enough for them! 喜欢这家酒店。 客户服务非常客气。 孩子们喜欢外面的游泳池，这是我们每年暑假都会住Fairmont几天的主要原因。 室内游乐场对我来说太小，太热，但是，免费的，我6-10岁的孩子们还是在那可以玩几个小时！ 有一个小农场，射箭，卡丁车，但我们只去了一次，有点贵，外面的游泳池就足够了！

Room is big and clean, service is good, with a huge park for kids to play, so good for staycation.

We spent 3 nights at the Fairmont on Yangcheng Lake recently the second week of Chinese New Year. The hotel and accomodation was excellent. We were kindly upgraded to the Fairmont Gold floor and were fantastically looked after by the team there. The rooms were large, with good facilities and quality finishing (loved the shower especially). The hotel has massive gardens and outdoor activities to do (we did some Archery) and is linked to a farm as well. It also has an indoor pool and gym area too. With the weather so cold the outdoor activities were limited (no Kayaking etc). It would have been good if they had a table tennis / pool table / darts area for indoor activities. With the location there are no supermarkets or restaurants near by so you are restricted to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was expansive and great quality. The room service options were varied and good quality and they did have a Chinese restaurant open each night. The buffet restaurant is only open at night on the weekend. If we came again we would come in warmer weather when the water sports were open and the outdoor pool was open to really get the most out of the stay.

We stayed here for a weekend as a break. The outdoor pool is nice and there are parks and gardens to explore around the lake. The dinner was good and we had fun just relaxing around the hotel.

Fairmont Hotel is located in a great location of Yangcheng Lake, and you can enjoy the open lake view in the room. Although there were many tourists during the National Day holiday, the hotel still provided home-like service. We originally booked an ordinary lake view room, but later upgraded to Jinzun Lake View for 466 yuan after arriving at the hotel, and we can enjoy the afternoon tea and happy hour in the executive lounge, which feels very worthwhile. There are not many guests on the executive floor, and you can enjoy the lake view and sunset during afternoon tea and dinner. It feels very quiet and enjoyable. The service staff on the executive floor are also very professional and responsive. After dinner, I accompanied my child to make handmade lipstick. There was only our family, and the service staff still served enthusiastically and patiently, which was very grateful. The facilities were deducted 0.5 stars because the small amusement park on the 2nd floor needs to be renovated and repaired. Because it is positioned as a parent-child hotel, I hope the hotel will still build parent-child facilities well.

A resort very close to Shanghai, the hotel is in good condition and the environment is excellent. Just walk along the Yangcheng Lake and see the blooming lotus, and you will be very satisfied. You can swim in the indoor or outdoor pool, exercise and relax in the gym, and go for a run by the lake. It is also convenient to eat at the Qianshuiwan Commercial Street a few kilometers away, and parking is free for 2 hours. The nearby Chongyuan Temple is great and worth a visit. There is no USB port in the hotel room, you can ask the front desk for a mobile phone charger.

A luxury brand under the AccorHotels Group, we were upgraded to the 8th floor Jinzun Executive Floor for free when we checked in. On the day of check-in, the warm and patient service of Jinzun Manager Sammi and Sister Tina was very heartwarming. The afternoon tea and coffee in the executive lounge were very classic, and during Happy Hour, the whole family experienced the festive atmosphere in the wonderful Yangcheng Lake view atmosphere❤️Jinzun Lake View Room is very spacious, the balcony has an unobstructed lake view, the facilities and equipment are in place, and the shower room shower water is also a highlight. I was very satisfied with this experience, and I also enjoyed the wetland park next to the hotel👍

During the National Day holiday, I drove to a nearby place and stayed at the Fairmont Yangcheng Lake. The sky was not good, so I spent most of the time in the hotel, which was a good experience. I chose a lake view room facing Yangcheng Lake. The hotel environment is quiet and especially suitable for relaxing vacation. I purchased afternoon tea and happy hour services in the lounge on the eighth floor. Sammi, the manager of Jinzun, was warm and thoughtful. She made coffee for us personally. The coffee art was also very beautiful. The children also liked the desserts for afternoon tea very much. The red wine in the evening tasted good. Due to weather reasons, the whole family decided to dine at the Yifengge Chinese restaurant in the hotel. The result did not disappoint us. Every dish was amazing. I recommend drunken crabs, cordyceps chicken soup and Aozao noodles. The stay experience was very good and it was very convenient to drive by myself. Next time, I will wait for the weather to clear up and come back to check in.

The hotel is located in a superior location with a very good natural environment. Compared with the hotel where I stayed five years ago, the facilities are obviously outdated. There is always a lingering damp smell in the room. In addition, the variety and quality of the hotel's breakfast are also average.

The hotel is still a relatively old hotel facility, but it hits me very much. Like the Peace Hotel in Shanghai, it has both the feeling of old money style and some new elements, such as various special parent-child theme projects during the National Day holiday, visiting bee farms, parent-child cycling, kayaking, hand-made creations, etc., and the Kunshan intangible cultural heritage display is very beautiful and exquisite, just in time for my daughter to punch in to complete the school video homework. The hotel room is quite large, and I am an adult with two kids. It is very comfortable and spacious. The shuttle bus to Xilu Garden on the first day of the stay was not arranged reasonably. After reporting to the hotel, it was adjusted immediately. I like this efficient management style very much, especially Manager Zoey, who attaches great importance to the feedback of guests and makes the guests very satisfied. The executive lounge service on the 8th floor is also very good, allowing guests on the same floor to check out without going down to the lobby, which is quite considerate. I hope the hotel can develop more recreational projects, and I will bring my parents to play in the future.

We stayed in a viewing room with a balcony overlooking Yangcheng Lake. The view is wide. The hotel is close to Yangcheng Lake. It is comfortable to walk by the lake. In the evening, we met a beautiful sunset.

Although it is not very new, the overall maintenance is good. Environment: The hotel seems to be in a large park. The surrounding lake views and greenery are very exquisite. It is suitable for relaxing. Service: The front desk and service staff are very friendly, and there is also a thoughtful bed-making service. A great hotel experience👍
