If the hotel calls itself 5-star, the review will also be based on that. The hotel is nowhere near the many 5-star hotels we have visited. The breakfast is of very poor quality and not homemade. Club lounge was nice enough but you can't get breakfast here. Some soft drinks, coffee, tea and cookies are provided. In the evening between 6-8 there is wine, some spirits, beer, a hot dish and snacks. The staff in the club lounge are service minded and nice. We could not get late check out, which is always possible in a 5 star hotel and this is not a hotel that is fully booked. Location is outside the center and not attractive. We just came from a stay at the Intercontinental Warsaw and it cannot be compared at all. 3 stars is the maximum that can be given. I have been to Warsaw 5 times, but it will not be a return visit to the Regent Warsaw hotel.

My husband and I decided to try this hotel. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very large and spacious, but the bed and pillows were super uncomfortable. The mattress is very soft and low. We are not used to sleeping on such. In the morning our backs hurt. To be honest, the hotel looks tired, the rooms need updating. Apparently in the 2000s it was super cool once. The breakfast was not very varied, we expected more from a 5 * hotel. The only huge plus was that you can use the pool and spa. Thank you very much for the late check out.
