The breakfast was 25 yuan, which was very satisfactory. The hotel is located in a street-level shop in a residential area. It has two floors. The room is on the second floor, so there's no need to wait for the elevator, but the corridor is quite long. If you stay in the innermost room, the walking distance is a bit far. Phoenix Lake is right next door, so you can take a walk in the morning; the air is very fresh. The occupancy rate in the residential area was very low. The restaurants next door were usually empty, probably mostly frequented by hotel guests. Those who know, know. We drove directly to the city center for meals. Consequently, the hotel is centered around Chinese business travelers, and I didn't see a single Korean person during my four-day stay. Perhaps because of this, the reception staff speak no English at all, so I had to rely entirely on a translation app. Nevertheless, the bedrooms are very clean compared to the exterior, appearing as if the hotel was recently renovated, and some rooms on the upper floors offer views of the Weihai sea. Furthermore, the Municipal Government (City Hall) is a transportation hub, with bus stops right in front that take you to major tourist attractions such as the International Beach Resort and Hanlakbang. The breakfast isn't fancy, featuring soft tofu stew, kimchi, and stir-fried bean sprouts, but it is a good way to start the day for the price. In short, it is the best value-for-money hotel.
