GGuest UserVery nice place, good sized room, comfy bed. Hard floor which is good if it's cleaned well (but sometimes it's not so gotta feedback to front desk), and the hot water is ok but not hot enough especially in winter. Sometimes housekeeping will forget to give fresh towels or change bedsheets... but it's new and I guess they need time to get better.
There's a robot to deliver food deliveries!
Stayed for 14nights, good overall.

MM774473****The room was very clean, which is expected from a HUAZHU Group hotel. The service attitude was also excellent; they generally tried their best to accommodate our requests. The hotel's location is also superb, with plenty of dining options nearby, including popular online celebrity spots. Plus, it's very close to Shandong University and Torch 8th Street. Overall, I highly recommend staying here when visiting Weihai.

AAnonymous UserThe whole season is as stable as ever! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the soundproofing was good, and the sleep was sound. The front desk is warm and efficient, the service is intimate and not disturbed, the first choice for travel, highly recommended!

GGuest UserVery very good! It's really cheap, beautiful and clean. The whole villa is very warm, the room is very warm, the public space (1st floor) is also convenient and beautiful (the difference from the hotel is the human touch!), there is an open kitchen on the first floor, a bathroom as clean as the room, a big table (you can play board games with friends), a big sofa, a full-length mirror, and even tools for catching seafood. Sunset Bay is at the door, which is more beautiful than the sea in Qingdao and there are much fewer people. Thank you boss for upgrading the room during the off-season! It feels like an incomparable and happy accommodation experience. Fall in love with Weihai!

GGuest UserThis hotel is very clean and well-equipped with complete facilities. There is a robot that delivers items when ordering from delivery riders. The room is clean, spacious, and comes with a music system that you can enjoy. The curtains are electrically operated, and the room is well-prepared for winter with a heater that works very well.
The front desk staff provide excellent service — they are friendly, cheerful, and very welcoming. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, although it is mainly Chinese cuisine.
Overall, the experience was very good. If I return, I would definitely stay here again. However, having a car would be more convenient, as there are not many restaurants nearby. You need to take a taxi to find places to eat, though the distance is not very far.

GGuest UserLet me start with the good stuff: the service is pretty good. The environment is very good, each family has a small yard where they can barbecue by themselves. The campground is large and parking is very convenient. You can park directly in front of the room. It has its own playground, and children can’t move their legs while playing. The beach is very close, very clean, and there are not too many people. After all, it is also an open bathing beach. Let’s talk about the bad things: the door of the room I stayed in didn’t work, it could be opened without swiping a card, and there was no curtain. There is a seafood barbecue on the beach, but there are few places to eat nearby. Eating is a problem for children. The mattresses on the bunk beds are too hard and it hurts my hips.

GGuest UserAlthough I encountered annoying things at the beginning, I was tossing all afternoon, but fortunately, the staff at the upper and lower levels communicated well, and I was quite satisfied with the change of room in the end. Health and breakfast are better. In addition, the low-rise suites cannot see the sea, and the parking door is crowded. The door is easy to touch and damage the paint. Everything else is fine.

GGuest UserThe beach is incredibly close and wonderfully uncrowded. Kids had a blast finding small crabs and shells while digging in the sand, making for a really relaxing experience. All hotel terraces offer direct sea views, and the resort grounds are very quiet, making it perfect for families. The guesthouse reception even lends out sand-digging tools, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. When it rained on our second morning and we couldn't go to the restaurant for breakfast, they thoughtfully delivered it directly to our room. Electric scooters are available for rent right outside, which you can ride directly to the Bruce shipwreck, enjoying beautiful coastal views along the entire route.

GGuest UserThe location was good and there is a little gem of a restaurant just beside it where we got breakfast every day. We did try the hotel restaurant once but they said they didn’t serve food, which seems a bit pointless for a restaurant… the price was also fairly good, and the cleaner was always diligent making sure we had fresh bottles of water each day and clean towels
On the downside, it’s quite dirty. Tiled areas are fine but it seems they don’t have a vacuum. The rooms and hotel in general is a bit smelly. One of the lifts seemed to be constantly broken. There appeared to be only one staff member, the manager, who had a clue what she was doing (we weren’t checked in properly and our room keys kept resetting unless it was done by this one particular manager).
Other than that, it’s ok for the price.

GGuest UserI've stayed in so many hotels that I never rate them, but I really want to rate this Luyuan Jinshangyi International Hotel. Their rooms are very clean and dry, unlike others who say the beach is very damp, especially their service. The staff were all smiling, helping me with my luggage and leading the way. What warmed my heart the most was that when I scratched my foot while playing with shells at the beach, they disinfected me and gave me medicine. It was really wonderful. I am moved and sincerely praise them. Luyuan Hotel is a worthwhile trip! praise! praise! praise!
