"It was my family member's birthday during our stay, and the service exceeded our expectations. Someone helped us with our luggage when we checked in and out, and fresh fruit was replenished daily. Our child even received a kite and beach toys. All the towels in the room were disinfected and sealed, which made us feel very at ease using them. I'd like to specially mention Hai Xia Jie and Jing Jing – their service attitude was superb. Hai Xia Jie decorated the room for the birthday, and the swan towel art was incredibly lifelike. Jing Jing thoughtfully sent us a guide to touring Weihai. The moment we checked out, we regretted not booking a few more days!"

"Here's my objective review of this stay. Pros: 1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby. 2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery. 3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it. 4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely. 5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly. 6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier. Cons: 1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews. 2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken. 3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival). 4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub. 5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby."

"First, the good points: the breakfast was excellent, and the location is absolutely superb! You step right out to the sea, and the view from the window is fantastic! Service: The service was great. They provided fruit daily, and even offered late-night snacks (though I only redeemed it once, it was truly amazing!). When ordering takeout, a robot delivered it to my room, which was a fantastic experience. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. A big thank you to the cleaning staff who worked hard every day! There were a few minor drawbacks, but they didn't detract from the overall excellent experience: 1. We booked a Business Seaview Room, which should have been on floors 16-20. However, when my family checked in earlier, they were given a room on the 15th floor, right next to the elevator, which was quite noisy. This might have been because my family checked in about 10-20 minutes early and the room wasn't ready. But later, they upgraded us to a Family Twin room, which was a nice little upgrade, and I'm very grateful! 2. I felt the 'seaview' was more of a partial seaview. I couldn't find corresponding photos for the room when I booked. Perhaps the 'Scenic View Room' offers a more direct seaview, but this was still very good. 3. When we checked out, around 12 PM, they called to ask if we had checked out. This was a bit strange because we had left much earlier. However, these are minor issues that didn't affect the overall experience. 4. I hope they will provide clearer descriptions for seaview rooms in the future, especially for partial seaviews. PS: I absolutely love seaview rooms! I've traveled to many cities and almost always choose a seaview room."

"I just had to write this review because Dennis from the front desk was absolutely amazing! My stay exceeded all expectations, and I have to give it a full five-star rating. The room was spotless and dry, with no unpleasant odors, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. All the facilities were well-maintained. Dennis provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, treating guests with such a warm demeanor that I felt right at home throughout my stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The environment is quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Seriously, the cleanliness, service, and amenities were all impeccable. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!"

"Had a very satisfying stay at the Crowne Plaza Weihai. After booking, the hotel proactively reached out via WeChat to coordinate my check-in. 'Hammer' (Tie Chui) from the staff was incredibly helpful and upgraded us to a sea-view room, which offered stunning views. The smart controls in the room were also a nice touch, very upscale. A big thank you also goes to Daisy at the front desk for assisting with our extension and for another room upgrade. Their proactive and enthusiastic service truly made a difference. The hotel's dining options were also quite tasty. Its proximity to Xianghai is very convenient. I'll definitely be returning to the Crowne Plaza for my next stay."

"The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with a full range of amenities, and the hot water was instant. The service was attentive and warm, truly no complaints."

"Facilities: The location is a huge plus, just a 5-8 minute walk to Hanlefang. Cleanliness: It's an older hotel, but no major issues. Environment: The lobby is spacious. Didn't try breakfast as it ended at 9:30 AM, and I slept in. It's convenient to order takeout and easy to get a taxi. Service: The staff were helpful and responsive to requests. Overall: While the location is great, the price-to-quality ratio isn't the best."

"I brought my parents and in-laws, all four seniors, to Weihai for a holiday and we stayed at the hotel for two days. During the day, complimentary fruit was provided, and in the evenings, we received bedtime milk, which all the seniors greatly appreciated. My mother, in particular, has difficulty with her legs and lower back, making it hard for her to stand while showering. The housekeeping supervisor and cleaning auntie on the 15th floor were incredibly warm and thoughtful, bringing a plastic stool and a foot-soaking tub so my mother could shower sitting down and soak her feet comfortably. The housekeeping manager, upon learning that we had to catch an early train the next morning, even specially arranged for the dining department to pack breakfast for us, and prepared a sugar-free meal bag for my father-in-law who has diabetes. The service response was astonishingly fast; as soon as a request was made, it was immediately resolved. Room cleaning was prompt and thorough, and the bedding was changed frequently and neatly, so we felt very confident about the hygiene. Every detail made us feel warm and comfortable."

"It was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity."

"The view of the room is very amazing, 270° sea view, wonderful, automatic curtains are opened, and the invincible sea view is in sight. The whole hotel is also like a cruise ship, without waste, you can see the vast sea and watch the ebb and flow. The hotel is unique in temperament and is a very eye-catching place in the entire Rongcheng area. The hotel has a unique sea view, which is necessarily relatively biased, but it is very close to the Bruvis shipwreck and Swan Lake. The train to the beach can also be reached on foot. Hotel service is indeed beyond my imagination. Not excellent in the general sense, but full of sincerity and warmth for your sake. Everyone brings you enthusiasm and patience.
