ZZhuirufanchendetianshiThe location is great, very close to Weihai High-Speed Rail Station, and also very near Hanlefang. It's not far from various attractions either. The hotel front desk staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. The reception staff proactively helped me with my luggage to my room. On the first day, I didn't have time for breakfast, and they voluntarily refunded me. Hotel staff in the lobby always greeted me when I came and went. They offer pick-up and drop-off services, which is excellent. When I left, they also helped me with my luggage to the car. All in all, I highly recommend staying here!

GGuest UserI stayed at two hotels in Weihai, and now I know the difference! This one is truly excellent. The hotel is right across from Jiulong City and Jiajiayue supermarket. Despite being on a high floor, it's very quiet even with the windows open. As for the amenities, everything is brand new, yet there's no unpleasant smell. The TV offers live channels and screen casting, and you can control the curtains with XiaoDu (a smart assistant). The decor is quite luxurious. The duvet and sheets are cotton, feeling warm as if sun-dried, perhaps because the room faces west. Everyone agreed it was a very comfortable sleep. Finally, the service was incredibly warm; every staff member was gentle and attentive. Breakfast was great, with seafood porridge being a highlight, and the sushi was also delicious. There was a wide variety of desserts, but I was too full to try them all. The restaurant environment was lovely, and the service was enthusiastic. A suggestion: adding an air diffuser in the lobby would elevate the ambiance even more. Lastly, there's turndown service, with milk delivered directly to the room. Plus, complimentary fruit and a free mini-bar. The most thoughtful touch was a handwritten card. Compared to the other hotel, Plu*** (similar price), this one is a clear winner. Plu*** is seriously cutting costs, so choose wisely everyone!

Pros:
1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby.
2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery.
3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it.
4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely.
5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly.
6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier.
Cons:
1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews.
2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken.
3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival).
4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub.
5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby.

PPorrypopoI had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed by the overall experience.
The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable — I had a very comfortable night’s sleep. It really made a difference after a long day of traveling.
What stood out the most was the staff. Every single member of the team was kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. Their service mind was outstanding, and they made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
The lobby is beautifully designed — elegant and luxurious. I especially loved the amethyst decoration, which added a unique and charming touch to the space.
Overall, I had such a great experience, and if I have the chance, I would definitely come back and stay here again.

BBeipingdameiniuTraveling during the Qingming Festival, I didn't have high hopes, expecting an old and outdated hotel. To my surprise, it was very new!
The front desk service was excellent. They gave little gifts to the children upon check-in and also at check-out. They even upgraded us to a family-friendly room for free, which was fantastic! The room had a small tent and ocean-themed plush toys, which my child absolutely loved.
We also had the hotpot buffet dinner at the hotel, and it was great! It was only a little over 100 yuan per person, which was really good value. The breakfast was also very rich and varied.
Right downstairs from the lobby, there's a mini garden with a water feature. Just a short walk further, you'll find coastal parks like the Weihai Big Photo Frame. In the evenings, there were many stalls selling food, souvenirs, etc., and the prices weren't expensive.
The lobby also has very friendly koi fish, a building block table, and many seating areas.
It was a pleasant stay overall. It would be even more perfect if the lobby had a children's slide and ball pit!

GGuest UserI didn't book a hotel near the sea during the peak holiday. This hotel is a little far away, across a street, but it's still close to the beach. You can see a little bit of the sea from the upper floors, but it's mainly blocked by high-rise buildings in front. The hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and although the facilities are a little old, it's still good overall, especially the thick door of the room with good sound insulation.

GGuest UserI loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

GGuest UserI booked this hotel's superior double room at the last minute. It seemed a bit cramped, but since it was only for one night, I didn't think much of it. However, the room far exceeded my expectations. The overall layout was upscale, spacious, bright, and clean. It also had a sea view and excellent natural light – the best value for money! Breakfast consisted of easy-to-eat millet porridge and bread, with a wide variety of options. The sea is just downstairs, and there's Sakura Lake nearby. You can also drive to Naxianghai and the zoo. The supermarket inside the hotel is also reasonably priced. I've already recommended it to my friends, haha!

GGuest UserHighly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Weihai Weigao! The front desk staff, M and J, provided outstanding service. They were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic throughout, checking us in efficiently and smoothly, and even thoughtfully offered warm cookies. The hotel facilities are top-notch; the lobby is elegant and grand, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with smart devices. The bathroom with a separate wet and dry area is comfortable, and high-floor rooms offer stunning sea views. The gym and breakfast area are well-appointed, and the location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. With professional and attentive service, and high-quality facilities, the experience was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Weihai!

AAnonymous UserBefore leaving Beijing, I booked the Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Although the online review was only 4.1, I still firmly chose this hotel. Later, it was confirmed that my choice was absolutely correct. The hotel is good in all aspects and must be given 100 points. 1. The hotel is in a good location. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, roasted tobacco potatoes, meat sauce buns, and fried dough sticks must be tasted, and different fruits are served every day. Lunch and dinner can also be served at the hotel, the dishes taste good and the price is reasonable. 4.
