It's a warm and comfortable experience, not just typical hotel service, and the service is incredibly fast. The breakfast was excellent, both overall and in terms of quality. The food was of very high quality, and the breakfast staff were very attentive. A truly commendable service. Even though there weren't many people eating, and we arrived late, the selection was still very comprehensive. Highly recommended.

My experience at Weihai Chengtou Beichen Hotel was absolutely fantastic! Even before I checked in, the staff proactively reached out to ask about my travel plans and accommodation needs. Their service was incredibly warm and meticulous, and they were attentive throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and bright, with panoramic floor-toceiling windows that offered stunning views of the mountains and sea. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel is located right next to Xiaoyao Bay, providing a tranquil environment. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, and they even have free parking and EV charging stations. The staff were always quick to respond, demonstrating thoughtful and personalized service at every turn. Whether you're on vacation or a business trip, this hotel is perfectly suited, and I'd highly recommend it as your top choice when visiting Weihai.

It was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity.

Check-in, especially as a foreigner, was quick and seamless. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was awesome. The location couldn't have been better - through beautifully manicured gardens, directly onto the beach. Both the breakfast buffet and the evening buffet were very well-prepared and delicious, with both Chinese and Western cuisine. However, we found the breakfast and dinner times a bit tight for a relaxing holiday time. Breakfast stopped serving at 9 30am and dinner at 8pm. All in all, we found the hotel and staff very well appointed, good value, and we will definitely return soon - a relaxing getaway from hectic city life in China!

The Chinese-style courtyard was very tasteful, and the butler service was exceptionally thoughtful. They communicated with me before check-in and responded promptly throughout my stay. Their attitude was gentle and meticulous, making me feel valued. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The room condition was great, and the service was warm and attentive. I asked for a few bottles of mineral water, and they were delivered very quickly. The only issue was the smart toilet remote control wasn't working and needs to be repaired. The hotel lobby is spacious, and the children's play area is nice. There's a good variety of seafood for the hotpot, and the service was excellent. Overall, I had a very good experience, and the surrounding environment is lovely.

The room is quite big, bigger than the average hotel room. The hotel is very grand, the lobby is also magnificent, the gym is slightly smaller, the swimming pool is quite standard, the room facilities are complete, but a little old, the TV is relatively small, the toilet is also a traditional toilet seat, the breakfast has a lot of varieties, the buffet dinner is very cost-effective, 227 for two people seafood buffet, the cost performance is still very good

There is a terrace overlooking the sea. Have a cup of coffee, sit quietly and listen to the sound of the waves. Sleep well at night, which is very helpful. The hotel's buffet breakfast is great and is open until ten o'clock, which meets the need to sleep until you wake up after a day of fun.
