Excellent, exceeding expectations. Having stayed in many hotels, this service is truly exceptional, making guests feel right at home. It's a warm and comfortable experience, not just typical hotel service, and the service is incredibly fast. The breakfast was excellent, both overall and in terms of quality. The food was of very high quality, and the breakfast staff were very attentive. A truly commendable service. Even though there weren't many people eating, and we arrived late, the selection was still very comprehensive. Highly recommended.

I brought my parents and in-laws, all four seniors, to Weihai for a holiday and we stayed at the hotel for two days. During the day, complimentary fruit was provided, and in the evenings, we received bedtime milk, which all the seniors greatly appreciated. My mother, in particular, has difficulty with her legs and lower back, making it hard for her to stand while showering. The housekeeping supervisor and cleaning auntie on the 15th floor were incredibly warm and thoughtful, bringing a plastic stool and a foot-soaking tub so my mother could shower sitting down and soak her feet comfortably. The housekeeping manager, upon learning that we had to catch an early train the next morning, even specially arranged for the dining department to pack breakfast for us, and prepared a sugar-free meal bag for my father-in-law who has diabetes. The service response was astonishingly fast; as soon as a request was made, it was immediately resolved. Room cleaning was prompt and thorough, and the bedding was changed frequently and neatly, so we felt very confident about the hygiene. Every detail made us feel warm and comfortable.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Weihai city, likely a配套设施 (supporting facility) for the nearby exhibition center. The scenery and environment are truly beautiful, but it's only suitable for guests arriving by car. The room facilities are decent, and other aspects are acceptable as long as the price doesn't increase. [Location] Situated next to the Weihai International Economic and Trade Exchange Center Exhibition Hall, and adjacent to Xiaoyao Lake, the surrounding environment is indeed lovely with large green spaces, a sandy beach, and wind power generators. It's about ten kilometers from the city center, so it's recommended for those driving. There are plenty of parking spaces, the environment is pleasant, and the air is fresh. However, there are no restaurants or shops nearby, so you'll have to eat in the city or at the hotel. [Room] We had a twin city-view room. A sea-view room would have cost hundreds of thousands more, which I felt was unnecessary. Being on the fifteenth floor offered a nice distant view. The room was spacious enough and came with a refrigerator, which was great. However, there were no smart devices; everything was operated by buttons. There was no night light, and the lighting was quite basic. The bathroom was good, especially the shower, with excellent water pressure and temperature, making for a very comfortable shower. [Breakfast] Breakfast is served on the third floor of the hotel, starting at 6:30 AM. Honestly, the quality of the breakfast hardly meets a five-diamond standard. You can certainly fill up, and the dumplings, noodles, and wontons provided are decent, but it's far from diverse or high-quality. The restaurant is large with plenty of seating, which is fine as long as they aren't hosting tour groups. [Service] Service seems to be the most criticized aspect in reviews, but I probably avoided the peak summer season, so the service I received was actually pretty good. Unfortunately, the hotel's cost control is incredibly precise, almost to the point of being stingy. They only provide two bottles of water, no more. You can ask the front desk for more, but you'll need to provide your room number and last name... it seems a bit excessive for two bottles of water. Also, if the toilet paper isn't completely used up, they won't replenish it. On the first day, I noticed there was no bath mat and assumed they didn't provide one, but after room cleaning on the second day, one was provided. In the restaurant, I even noticed that when tour groups were present, they switched to smaller plates and disposable spoons, and meat dishes were practically non-existent. While all this is understandable, it also lowers the standard for regular guests. Even when standards are restored, they're not exactly top-notch anyway. [Summary] This hotel is a good choice when it's offered at a low price or during promotions. Also, it's suitable for self-driving tours due to its slightly remote location.

It was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity.

Check-in, especially as a foreigner, was quick and seamless. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was awesome. The location couldn't have been better - through beautifully manicured gardens, directly onto the beach. Both the breakfast buffet and the evening buffet were very well-prepared and delicious, with both Chinese and Western cuisine. However, we found the breakfast and dinner times a bit tight for a relaxing holiday time. Breakfast stopped serving at 9 30am and dinner at 8pm. All in all, we found the hotel and staff very well appointed, good value, and we will definitely return soon - a relaxing getaway from hectic city life in China!

The room is quite big, bigger than the average hotel room. The hotel is very grand, the lobby is also magnificent, the gym is slightly smaller, the swimming pool is quite standard, the room facilities are complete, but a little old, the TV is relatively small, the toilet is also a traditional toilet seat, the breakfast has a lot of varieties, the buffet dinner is very cost-effective, 227 for two people seafood buffet, the cost performance is still very good

I stayed in the Chinese-style villa, and the white walls and dark tiles were incredibly elegant. There was even a putting green in the courtyard. The room was very spacious, well-laid out, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was high quality, the mattress had just the right firmness, and it was incredibly quiet at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom had a stable hot water supply and was well-equipped with great attention to detail.

Extremely satisfied! This established five-star chain hotel offers a premium and sophisticated experience with guaranteed quality. The service is warm and thoughtful. We were upgraded to a sea-view room with a large window facing the beach and ocean, and the facilities were comprehensive and high-end. The cleanliness standards were absolutely impeccable, truly excellent! The hotel is located within the Xianghai Resort, and the surroundings are also very pleasant. There's an outdoor hot spring just a hundred meters away, though unfortunately, we didn't get to try it this time. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, fitting perfectly with a five-star resort's positioning. We'll definitely be back with the family in the future!

Came to Weihai for the May Day holiday, and spent the last two days in Rongcheng. The Diamond Beach at Nashanghai is definitely worth a visit! 🏖️ There are three five-star hotels in Nashanghai, and after reading many reviews, I ultimately chose the Wyndham. My stay was incredibly satisfying; both the location and facilities were excellent! The front desk staff enthusiastically upgraded my room, making my stay even more comfortable. The bedding was lovely, and the room's amenities were top-notch. When I opened the door, sunlight filled the room, and I could enjoy a distant sea view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. I received welcome fruit upon check-in and a fridge magnet when I checked out. I regret not being able to experience the hotel's breakfast buffet this time, but I hope to next time! There's a large supermarket and many restaurants next to the hotel, and if you have time, you can also ride the Ferris wheel. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay!

Before leaving Beijing, I booked the Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Although the online review was only 4.1, I still firmly chose this hotel. Later, it was confirmed that my choice was absolutely correct. The hotel is good in all aspects and must be given 100 points. 1. The hotel is in a good location. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, roasted tobacco potatoes, meat sauce buns, and fried dough sticks must be tasted, and different fruits are served every day. Lunch and dinner can also be served at the hotel, the dishes taste good and the price is reasonable. 4.
