Excellent, exceeding expectations. Having stayed in many hotels, this service is truly exceptional, making guests feel right at home. It's a warm and comfortable experience, not just typical hotel service, and the service is incredibly fast. The breakfast was excellent, both overall and in terms of quality. The food was of very high quality, and the breakfast staff were very attentive. A truly commendable service. Even though there weren't many people eating, and we arrived late, the selection was still very comprehensive. Highly recommended.

This hotel's price is let down by its service. The hardware is impeccable; having been renovated in 2024, everything is well-maintained and meets five-star standards. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is quite varied, but the selection is the same every day. By 9 AM, many dishes are empty, and they can't keep up with cutlery – the chopstick dispenser is often empty, and there are sometimes no cups at the beverage station. The most unacceptable thing is that for the first guests arriving at 6:30 AM, the tables were sticky, clearly not wiped clean from the previous day. The front desk staff's service quality is only comparable to a chain hotel. All the hotel staff are robotic and unprofessional, lacking enthusiasm and proper training. This hotel's room rate is truly hampered by its service quality!

This hotel offers great value for money. The lobby is clean and spacious, and check-in at the front desk was quick. The staff are friendly and helpful. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without disturbances. It's truly a rare find at this price point. Highly recommended!

Staying at Chunzhu International Hotel during my trip to Weihai was a great choice! The location is fantastic – I could walk to Hanlefang, which was super convenient for enjoying Korean food and browsing the night market. For those driving, there's free parking and even charging stations, making travel worry-free. The room itself was spacious and elegant, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was always plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was good, so I had a peaceful night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were all very attentive and welcoming. Getting to all the attractions around Weihai was a short drive. This is definitely a top pick for a vacation, and I'll choose it again next time I'm in Weihai!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Facilities: Very new and well-appointed. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. Service: Very satisfied, professional. This was the best service we experienced in Weihai, and they even offered complimentary fruit. Environment: I have to mention this. We brought our child for a summer vacation and were a bit disappointed with Xianghai initially; the public beach was crowded and chaotic. We spontaneously took a taxi here because this hotel has a private beach nearby, which finally gave us that true vacation feeling. Here's what we loved: 1. The beach is less crowded early in the morning, perfect for taking photos of an empty beach. 2. You can buy sausages at the supermarket to feed the seagulls. 3. Lao Xi Seafood Restaurant was exceptionally delicious – the best we had in Weihai, we ate there twice!

The service is very satisfactory and the conditions are very good. The hygiene is also very clean. The breakfast tastes OK. I am quite satisfied with all aspects.

The room is quite big, bigger than the average hotel room. The hotel is very grand, the lobby is also magnificent, the gym is slightly smaller, the swimming pool is quite standard, the room facilities are complete, but a little old, the TV is relatively small, the toilet is also a traditional toilet seat, the breakfast has a lot of varieties, the buffet dinner is very cost-effective, 227 for two people seafood buffet, the cost performance is still very good

Every evening, two bottles of yogurt were delivered, and the yogurt was delicious; my child loved it. The hotel slippers were excellent, very comfortable for disposable ones. The bedding met 5-star standards, soft and cozy. The staff at the lobby entrance were enthusiastic and helped open car doors. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and the surrounding area is also quite nice. Two things I wasn't particularly satisfied with: 1. There were people live streaming in the restaurant and lobby every day. They spoke very loudly, which was noisy and inappropriate. 2. The 'sea view' room was a partial side view, not directly facing the sea, and had no balcony (see attached photo). The view was okay, but it wasn't the direct sea view I was hoping for.

The hotel's location is perfect for a family vacation! It's a 5-minute walk from the back entrance of Adventure World to Diamond Beach, which is super convenient for kids to play in the sand and water. Dining and shopping options nearby are also great, and I really liked the Korean supermarket! The room was spacious and clean, with enough room for everything. The fridge was handy for storing fruits, making it very family-friendly. The only downside was that the beds couldn't be combined, making it a bit cramped for one adult with a child. It's not far to get to the Blue Whale and Shendiaoshan Zoo, but you have to leave early to avoid heavy traffic. It made the whole trip much less of a hassle. Overall, the environment is good. Staying here when visiting Naxianghai saves a lot of effort and worry. Highly recommended for family trips!

I highly recommend Ni's Haitai! The location is superb, directly facing the sea, making it very convenient for walks and watching the sunset. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. The service is attentive and polite, with prompt responses to any requests. The resort grounds are extensive with beautiful scenery and excellent facilities, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. It's a perfect escape from the city hustle, and the sea breeze is incredibly relaxing. The overall stay was impeccable, making it my top choice for a vacation. Highly recommended!
