JJEFFREY TAY KHPanbil Residence Serviced Apartment surprised me in the best way possible. The moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming—like a quiet retreat tucked away from the busier parts of the city. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, giving you that “hotel luxury meets home comfort” vibe.
What truly sets this place apart is the view. Waking up to the greenery and lake scenery feels like a reset button for your day. The staff deserves a special mention too—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive.
If you’re looking for a stay that blends convenience, comfort, and a touch of peaceful escape, Panbil Residence is absolutely worth it. A place you’ll want to return to.
Oh ya, Eska Spa and Salon is right beside too.

The room was large, everything you need, complimentary drinks and snacks etc. The room is dated but good value. Excellent staff.
Cons:
No plug sockets accessible by the bed. Please note the sockets in the room are Singapore 3 pin plug sockets.
Very, very noisy all day and night from passing traffic, loud motorbikes and engine noises if your room is road facing.
Luke warm breakfast, can't be particularly healthy.

A glass door for the shower area in the bathroom would be helpful. 2. The toilet needs an exhaust fan because I couldn't find one. 3. The breakfast could offer better options; while it's good, adding more variety and improving the choices would be beneficial.

AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here.
That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available.
To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.

AAnonymous UserLoved our stay here! Such a beautiful resort and beach front. The location is good for a clear beach and ocean view, no ships/ferries nearby. The pools were great too. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only the ventilation was not working in the toilet so everything remained rather wet for longer. Breakfast spread was good, Indonesian and western. They have a restaurant open there for lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the door men and buggy and shuttle drivers. We wanted to try a restaurant at Montigo and they kindly buggy-ed us to outside the property. Location is only 30 - 40 min from Nagoya city.

CCHUA K CHOONCleanliness needs to be improved especially in rooms toilet. Toilet have urine odor and slow drainage which made us very uncomfortable. The room is not cleaned very throughly as dusts can be seen in room corners, stains can be found on pillows, blankets, and bedsheets. Walkway carpet is dusty. Most of the rooms are without windows, we managed to get a room with window however it is facing a corridor and have no sunlight and view. Staffs were all friendly and helpful. We also had tasty breakfast with different varieties.

RRachel Liew823Location is ok, not too far from malls. 2 lifts and 1 is down, and the working one has faulty door sensor. Hotel room is rather spacious but not very well maintained. Shower temperature goes hot and cold, user sitting on the toilet bowl risk being hit by the door from the outside as it has no door stopper. Hotel remote is barely visible. Room door does not shut tight and needs extra pull or push. Room also has rather poor sound proofing.
Staff are helpful and friendly.
