GGuest UserThis is our second time staying in Oakwood in 2025. We return for the 2nd time mainly because of its superb location (just next to Batam Grand Mall), lots of Spas nearby and because its a very nice hotel with excellent customer service. It is very popular with both local n foreign tourists.
So, due to this, book early. You probably wont be able to get early check-in due to high volume of guests.
We stayed in the standard room n studio premier. Studio premier is slightly bigger with a kitchen cabinet, fridge, hob n hood, sink, utensils. But the room tend to be warm in the day as the room windows are facing east. Very comfy bed n pillows. Lots of TV chanels and you can login to ur netflix acct.
Inroom dining is better than their buffet bfast. Lots of varieties for their buffet bfast.
Recommneded to go to Aespa if you would like to go for a massage. Oakwood guests recieve discount. Their massage is very good.

HHafirahThis is my first time staying in a serviced apartment in Batam. We took the junior suite to accomodate 3 adults and a child. There were 2 bedrooms without the ensuite bathroom so there was only 1 common bathroom to share. Rooms also had a decent wardrobe for placing clothes and items. There was a kitchen too if you'd like to cook or whip up a meal. The master bedroom and the living room had TV too. There were also complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the fridge. Gotta love an apartment that has amenities like a hotel would provide. Room service, dining in room were all available for the stay too!
We had breakfast for 2 mornings too and i loved it because there was really a widespread of food, indonesian cuisine and international. The restaurant is shared with Wyndham hotel, service is good and it has great vibes!
We went swimming too on one of the nights and i enjoyed it because there were music playing by the lounge/cafe/restaurant at that level. It was slightly dark at night but it was also kinda romantic. There were steam and sauna rooms available for use in the changing rooms too!
There is also a supermarket and a small cafe located just 5 mins walk away from the building but closes by 10pm. It is convenient if you'd like to get snacks or even buy ingredients for cooking. Location wise is quite a distance from popular places like Nagoya/BCS/Batam Centre. But i'd recommend this place for families with kids!

KKirvyI had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Eska Hotel Batam! The food was absolutely delicious be it the breakfast or the weekly Saturday BBQ and the hotel had such a vibrant atmosphere with events that made the experience even more enjoyable.
A special shoutout to Felix! Who went above and beyond throughout our stay. From recommending great dinner spots to even assisting us with purchasing gifts, his thoughtful service really made us feel well taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuine—thank you, Felix!
What stood out most was the warm hospitality from every staff member we encountered. No matter where you go in the hotel, you’re always greeted with a bright smile that makes you feel at home.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Grand Eska Hotel Batam for anyone visiting Batam—you’ll be well fed, well cared for, and leave with a big smile.

The resort sits right by the water near the iconic Barelang Bridge, so the views—especially during sunrise and sunset—are beautiful. It’s quiet, peaceful, and away from the city crowd, making it perfect for families who want to unwind.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and many come with balcony views facing the sea or the pool. Perfect for families with kids who need space to move around. Housekeeping was quick and helpful throughout our stay.

RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

GGuest UserCheck-in was quite fast. Do note that a deposit is required. Lobby was undergoing renovations but it wasn't too bad. Other than the lobby (cos reno), it really is a very beautiful property.
We opted for the studio villa as we wanted the higher walls for privacy. Room was very clean and spacious, bed with lots of pillows was comfortable for me. Room had two ac units which was appreciated as it definitely cooled down the room faster. Smart TV worked fine with loads of channels. Bathroom (& bathtub) was huge but the water pressure was a bit low on the shower/tub tap although was ok for the sink and toilet. Private pool was clean altho i think the wooden slats may need some maintenance work. We didn't encounter much mosquitoes, maybe there was one or two flying around on our last day.
Our room came with two complimentary daily drinks at the restaurant which is smack in the middle of the resort. Breakfast was semi buffet. During check-in, you fill out this slip for each day for your choice of mains. If you want to change your choice, just go back to the reception desk one day before your scheduled breakfast to update your slip. Although there were 3 time slots, we actually came in much earlier before our alloted slot, and it wasn't an issue. Besides breakfast, we also had room service. The food was delicious and quite reasonably priced. Spent abt sgd12 total for nasi goreng and mee goreng. Something that I've never encountered at any other hotel was we had to sign an acknowledgement form when we ordered in, like to say we received 2 plates, 2 spoons etc. Not a big issue.
The best part of Woda is the staff. From housekeeping to property maintenance to restaurant staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful.

AAnonymous UserLoved our stay here! Such a beautiful resort and beach front. The location is good for a clear beach and ocean view, no ships/ferries nearby. The pools were great too. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only the ventilation was not working in the toilet so everything remained rather wet for longer. Breakfast spread was good, Indonesian and western. They have a restaurant open there for lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the door men and buggy and shuttle drivers. We wanted to try a restaurant at Montigo and they kindly buggy-ed us to outside the property. Location is only 30 - 40 min from Nagoya city.

TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!
