We were greeted with their warmest welcome from their staff. There also provide us complementary snacks and drink for our 2 night shortaway. And the hot shower and comfortable bed is what need from a massage and shopping at grand batam which is a walking distance. We also provide hi tea voucher which we used it after we checked out. Wonderful stay with excellent service and convenient location. The hotel staff were always cheerful, polite and professional. Making us feel welcome throughout the stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast offered a reasonable variety with enough choices to start the day. The location is very convenient. Less than 10 mins grab from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and a 10-min walk to Nagoya Hill mall. There are also plenty eateries and minimarts nearby.

The hotel seems dated, but has a vintage feel to it with a grandfather clock in the lobby. Location is quite good, near many malls and amenities. Shampoo and shower gel not the best, no lotion or shower robe provided. Housekeeping responses quite fast. Breakfast was okay, decent variety, not much processed proteins, have good choice of fruits. Swimming pool water looks green and cloudy, gym has good number of equipment, but also dated, which can appeal to some especially with having iron plates. Gym is indoors but not air conditioned.

Hotel is still going through some upgrading at the back of the building. Which does not affect the guest at all. Was taken aback by the height and transparent lifts welcoming us. Very grand entrance indeed. However, the colour is out dated. Is it supposed to be underwater theme or inside a ship theme. But the most distinct feature that struck my nose was the air freshener. I really don't like it. Apart from that, room was spacious, clean & bed a little soft for my liking. Toilets big and clean. But I noticed at the under side of the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Bathing liquid is not enough for 3 of us. Would be better if wall mounted pumps used instead of small refillable travel bottles. Breakfast spread is substantial and tasty. With the affordable price. Will definitely come again.

Pleasant to see the Harmoni One hotel's lobby has undergone big renovations and currently they are renovating the guest floors one level at a time. Clean room with clean bath tub and will look forward to the new renovated rooms when the renovations are complete is due time.

The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The place is peaceful and quiet, not much people and we enjoyed the pool. There is a lot of things to do so you wont get bored. We try the kayaking and its very fun . My daughter loves to swim so we swim the whole time. Breakfast spread is ok, we dont eat much so we are ok with what on the buffet. Going to City will take 45mins by grab, but its ok coz fare not expensive. Over all we enjoy the place, staff are polite and friendly.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition. However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room. The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

Booked the escape room which comes with Wellness body massage. This was previously Swiss Bel-inn hotel. I spent most of my time at Eska Spa there. It is about 5 mins ride to Nagoya Hill hotel. Breakfast was included in my package, and it is sufficient for a night stay. But I was utterly disappointed at the front desk service and the room. While I arrived early (around 12 plus), they said to come back after 2pm and not suggesting anything else on what to do during the wait. I am working in hotel line for over a decade, and honestly, I wished the girls had done better. I had to ask where the spa was, and after confused while, I managed to find it. The lift was being fixed when I arrived, and glass sliding door to the staircase was not working. I had reached out to the spa team the day before, as instructed in this channel, to book a slot. But they also did not get back to me, and was debating on whether the inclusion was correct or not. After about 10 minutes of waiting while the spa girls checked with Front desk, I said I had intended to buy 6-in-1 package. Only then I was given much attention (I was the only guest in the spa, by the way). And they then realised I was also a member. Things got better at the spa, but for the room, it was smelt of cigarettes. I could not stand the strong smell and the poor bell hop tried to spray the room with Glade, but it did not help. He brought an air purifier after I mentioned it, and then I decided to leave the room to Nagoya mall. Upon my return, the smell was much better, though the cigarettes smell is found on the pillows. There is a nice cafe and swimming pool, but I did not get to utilise them. Also, apparently there's two wings, and both wings have the same room numbers. I was given the old wing at the corner and I can hear the doors of my neighbours opening and closing. On my last day, there was a manager going around while we are having breakfast and he surprised me as I was eating when he approached. He greeted others as well as he went on his rounds at the restaurant. A good presentation. Anyway, for a night stay, it is sufficient because you don't have to leave the property if you intend to spend a whole spa day there.

Staff is friendly and approachable. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is good and substantial. Hotel offers complimentary pickup transport to and fro Sekupang ferry terminal. Only found on my last day staying there that the hotel also offers transport to Grand Batam Mall.
