The hospitality, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations plus the beautiful decorations set-up by your GRO Ms Trestha and her teams, really came as a BIG SURPRISE for my wife and also made us both feel welcomed throughout our stay.
The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The cleanliness, ambiance, and overall quality exceeded my expectations. Another BIG SURPRISE also continued during our morning breakfast. Ms Trestha and her entire teams including the HOTEL MASCOT really made my wife birthday so SPECIAL by treating her with a Special cake. All these experiences which your staff has sincerely did for us will be most appreciated for the outstanding services. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and exceptional service.

SSumi BeenThe hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike.

ZZen YongStayed at Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment during my family trip to Batam, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. This place is suitable for travelers who prefer a quieter and more relaxing environment instead of staying right in the busy city center.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff service. The team was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience.
The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room.
One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule.
Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.

GGuest UserThe hotel seems dated, but has a vintage feel to it with a grandfather clock in the lobby. Location is quite good, near many malls and amenities. Shampoo and shower gel not the best, no lotion or shower robe provided. Housekeeping responses quite fast. Breakfast was okay, decent variety, not much processed proteins, have good choice of fruits. Swimming pool water looks green and cloudy, gym has good number of equipment, but also dated, which can appeal to some especially with having iron plates. Gym is indoors but not air conditioned.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. CChrichillI had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my husband and son, where I celebrated my birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, and all staff were courteous and attentive.
Special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Bart, for being kind and approachable. It is no wonder the team is excellent under your leadership. Thank you as well for the complimentary drinks. I also commend Pritty for her excellent service at the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the carbonara.
I truly appreciate the thoughtful birthday greeting from Zamzam, Noven, Aura, and the rest of the team. Thank you to the front desk and all staff for the warm hospitality.

EEnderrThe biggest issue was the constant stream of ants. Even though they were tiny, it was quite off-putting. I had my laptop on the desk, then moved it to the bed, and at least four ants were crawling on it. The beachfront villa was decent, but it faced west, so no sunrise views. The shuttle service was on-call and very prompt, but the location is quite remote. In the evenings, it's hard to get around, even with Grab, unless you're eating at the hotel. If you're looking to just stay put, it's a good choice. However, I enjoy having some barbecue at night, so two nights here was enough for me.

At night there are some loud music playing till late from nearby establishment. The hotel provides ear plug in the room which is likely for this reason. Still manage to get a decent sleep. The staff pushing trolley on the corridor is quite loud. Sound isolation can be improve

I recently stayed at AP Premier Hotel and I must say the experience was truly outstanding. The main reason I continue choosing this hotel is because of the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. A special appreciation to Joices, Wani, Alin, Yani, and Salsa for their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout my stay. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
The hotel facilities and environment perfectly suited all my needs, making the stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Beyond the names mentioned, every member of the team — from room service, housekeeping, welcoming staff, to the drivers — shared one common objective: putting the customer first. Their teamwork, dedication, and genuine hospitality are truly commendable.
I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel management for employing and nurturing such excellent staff. It clearly reflects the hotel’s high standards and commitment towards customer satisfaction. Great work to the entire AP Premier team — keep up the excellent service!

AAnonymous UserIHG. Holiday Inn. It seems like this hotel at Batam has been neglected. Many of the amenities are lacking in maintenance. The pool, gym, kids club.....the list goes on. Staff are excellent. But why has the hotel not kept up with maintaining it well when it's such a popular hotel. Covid took havoc world wide. But many hotels have bounced back and are welcoming guests with renewed hope. Hotels needs to constantly upgrade so that guests want to keep coming back.
Slippery walkways, itchy body after sleeping on the bed and toilets that lack are some of the features at Holiday Inn Batam.
Time to see how you can improve your rating. Its a great hotel if you improve on the upkeep.
Never too late to start. Looking forward to coming back in 2026 if there are improvements.
