KkhaikhaisgWe were greeted with their warmest welcome from their staff.
There also provide us complementary snacks and drink for our 2 night shortaway.
And the hot shower and comfortable bed is what need from a massage and shopping at grand batam which is a walking distance.
We also provide hi tea voucher which we used it after we checked out.
It was so good. We may come back for the third time for more..

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Everyone was super nice ❤️ This hotel is currently my TOP 1 🫶🏻 I'll definitely go again next time ❤️ If you're looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience, you should definitely try this hotel 👍🏻 They have airport pickup and shuttle services 🫶🏻 The environment is also really comfortable 🫰🏻 And the food was delicious 😋

MMHM & D 2 J’sIf you are looking for a place that is away from the noise you can consider this hotel, it’s not that far from Nagoya and Grand Batam mall with grab which cost about IDR60-75k depending on the choice of vehicle.
The room we got was worth the price paid for but I recommend for lake view as the one I chose was the view of the garden but what I see is the apartment just across our windows.
The room is well maintained and clean, nice and comfy bed and pillows.
Do take note that you hear music from morning till almost 10pm which was played from the open bar even I was on the 8th floor.
Those who are thinking of using the gym, there is only 1 treadmill and the rest of the electric equipments are not working but you can do your run outside as the area is a gated private residential.
Food for breakfast was provided with many options and my daughter and I was very happy with the varieties and I was surprised that they even have steamed sweet potatoes and tapioca which I have not seen in most places I’ve been, it was very thoughtful of them.
The staffs are very friendly and always ready when you need help and kudos to the restaurant team that serves breakfast, they are very attentive and fast and stayed calm even when the place was packed of people on the weekends .
Overall my stay was very pleasant and happy to come back again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. We left Montigo Resorts feeling completely refreshed and deeply in love with the place, and we already cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

EEnderrThe biggest issue was the constant stream of ants. Even though they were tiny, it was quite off-putting. I had my laptop on the desk, then moved it to the bed, and at least four ants were crawling on it. The beachfront villa was decent, but it faced west, so no sunrise views. The shuttle service was on-call and very prompt, but the location is quite remote. In the evenings, it's hard to get around, even with Grab, unless you're eating at the hotel. If you're looking to just stay put, it's a good choice. However, I enjoy having some barbecue at night, so two nights here was enough for me.

I recently stayed at AP Premier Hotel and I must say the experience was truly outstanding. The main reason I continue choosing this hotel is because of the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. A special appreciation to Joices, Wani, Alin, Yani, and Salsa for their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout my stay. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
The hotel facilities and environment perfectly suited all my needs, making the stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Beyond the names mentioned, every member of the team — from room service, housekeeping, welcoming staff, to the drivers — shared one common objective: putting the customer first. Their teamwork, dedication, and genuine hospitality are truly commendable.
