"Hotel Santika is only one along that road. While users comment that it is walkable from ferry terminal, with luggage maybe take Grab. We walked & traffic was a bit heavy & dusty. I like the hotel as we wanted to be away from the town centre. Room is comfrtable. We had 4 or 6 complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was local buffet spread & they had special herbal tea selection which was popular with guests. Only thing is soundproofing as you can hear other guests close their room doors. Pool is good to use. The gym is like a mini gym but functional. Otherwise, you can jog in opposite stadium for exercise. For food, we went to Yong Kee & IBC both recommended by friendly & helpful front staff. One Batam Mall is nearest walkable mall. Also Lotte nearby. Of course Mega Mall Batam Centre is just opposite ferry terminal."

Amazing
WWLawVery friendly & warm service from this hotel all staff, we felt very pleasant & have a wonderful time during our stay 3days. They give us free hightea & free pastries during our stay and it’s delicious.
The buffet breakfast have many variety of choices & very delicious (a must try)
location is fantastic as next block is Grand Batam Mall, many restaurant & shop just 5min walking distance. Also many good massage center nearby.
By grab go Nagoya hill mall or love seafood & etc .. all within few minute reach.
We Will definitely stay again when we back Batam 🤠

AAnonymous UserBooked a room with 2 single beds, but entered the room and saw a king bed. Called to reception from room but no one picked up, and need to go down to the lobby to inform them. They didn't apologise and just said they will send housekeeping to split the bed into 2 single beds. They should have take note of customer booking and make the sure is properly done upon check in. It was already tired after a long day of travel, and yet had to go up and down between the lobby and room to settle this. Other than this, the hotel is comfortable to stay, staffs are friendly. Location is about 15mins from Nagoya town centre with more restaurants and shopping available around that area. Nothing much within walking distance around the hotel, however grab is easily available.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

SsyahidxHad a fantastic stay at Wyndham Panbil Batam. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the busy city area. The room was spacious, modern, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the facilities, especially the infinity pool and gym, were well maintained.

GGuest UserCheck in was smooth. Villa was big, love the spacious living room. Unfortunately need to improve on housekeeping cleanliness. There was a standing stack of cigarette ash left on the dining table beside the pool. There was unwashed coffe stain on the rim of the coffee mug, no stirrer was provided for the coffee and tea satchets, not thoughtful. We hardly use the 3rd floor so cant comment. You need to move the furniture yourself if you wanna sit outside on the 3rd flr.
Master bedroom was huge, with view of the sea. Toiletrie, dental kits were provided. The toilet door was abit faulty, could not close properly..sigh..
Bathroom wall looked mouldy/ dirty.
We were greeted by thunderstorm the next morning, the wait for buggy took more than 15min in the morning--breakfast peak + inclement weather. Water started seeping into the 2nd flr landing during the pour, and water was dripping from the bathroom...itz crazy..fortunately we were checking out that day already..
Cant comment on other facilities as we didnt get to try..will i go again...maybe after their next round of refurbishment.

EEnderrThe biggest issue was the constant stream of ants. Even though they were tiny, it was quite off-putting. I had my laptop on the desk, then moved it to the bed, and at least four ants were crawling on it. The beachfront villa was decent, but it faced west, so no sunrise views. The shuttle service was on-call and very prompt, but the location is quite remote. In the evenings, it's hard to get around, even with Grab, unless you're eating at the hotel. If you're looking to just stay put, it's a good choice. However, I enjoy having some barbecue at night, so two nights here was enough for me.

GGuest UserThis is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance.
The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again.
The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement.
The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests.
The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

AAnonymous UserBooked the escape room which comes with Wellness body massage. This was previously Swiss Bel-inn hotel. I spent most of my time at Eska Spa there. It is about 5 mins ride to Nagoya Hill hotel. Breakfast was included in my package, and it is sufficient for a night stay. But I was utterly disappointed at the front desk service and the room. While I arrived early (around 12 plus), they said to come back after 2pm and not suggesting anything else on what to do during the wait. I am working in hotel line for over a decade, and honestly, I wished the girls had done better. I had to ask where the spa was, and after confused while, I managed to find it. The lift was being fixed when I arrived, and glass sliding door to the staircase was not working. I had reached out to the spa team the day before, as instructed in this channel, to book a slot. But they also did not get back to me, and was debating on whether the inclusion was correct or not. After about 10 minutes of waiting while the spa girls checked with Front desk, I said I had intended to buy 6-in-1 package. Only then I was given much attention (I was the only guest in the spa, by the way). And they then realised I was also a member. Things got better at the spa, but for the room, it was smelt of cigarettes. I could not stand the strong smell and the poor bell hop tried to spray the room with Glade, but it did not help. He brought an air purifier after I mentioned it, and then I decided to leave the room to Nagoya mall. Upon my return, the smell was much better, though the cigarettes smell is found on the pillows. There is a nice cafe and swimming pool, but I did not get to utilise them. Also, apparently there's two wings, and both wings have the same room numbers. I was given the old wing at the corner and I can hear the doors of my neighbours opening and closing. On my last day, there was a manager going around while we are having breakfast and he surprised me as I was eating when he approached. He greeted others as well as he went on his rounds at the restaurant. A good presentation. Anyway, for a night stay, it is sufficient because you don't have to leave the property if you intend to spend a whole spa day there.

MMHM & D 2 J’sThis is our 2nd trip within 6 months as my daughter requested for a return and also for her craving with the pasta at the Italian restaurant.
So we stayed there for 2 nights which is enough for a short getaway.
When we reached our room, after unpacking some of our stuff from the luggage, we decided to take short break before heading to the pool and upon resting on the bed, my daughter noticed that the duvet cover was stained with blood.
It was very obvious and was surprised that the staff did not noticed it.
I informed the front office staff who came to our room due to some issue with the safe and he got it changed while we were out for our swim.
I will recommend that the hotel manager look into this due to hygiene issues and such bedding materials that are stained with blood to be disposed.
As for the bathroom , stains on the wall and floor are very obvious and it’s about time for the staff to have a chemical wash , no doubt this resort is very old, cleanliness shouldn’t be ignored to maintain it’s reputation and loosing the customers confidence in returning again.
Lastly, a big thank you to the waitress at the Italian restaurant who gotten the chef to fire up the pasta I had last year in December that was no longer in the menu , this gesture made our trip a memorable one and fulfilled one of our reasons to visit Turi beach resort .
