"The cleanliness is ok. Customer service also good. They are very friendly and helpful. Only the location for me is quite inconvenience as it not walking distance with the restaurant or mart. But if you have a driver it's okay. Grab also ok quite cheep as the distance with mall only 2-3km. This is the cheapest hotel with bathtub. We also can keep our luggage at their lobby if we want to go out first before check in."

"I stayed at this hotel once about 15 years ago. Back then, the property was still relatively new, although I remember the room cleanliness was already not up to standard. Returning this time, it is clear that the hotel has not been well maintained. Signs of aging can be seen everywhere, from rusty bathroom light fixtures to damaged toilet seats. Unfortunately, it was raining during my stay, and the bathroom ceiling was leaking. When I checked into the room, it was obvious that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, as there was hair all over the floor. One of the rooms did not even have basic towels provided. The hotel grounds and surroundings are beautiful, which makes it even more disappointing that the property has not been properly maintained. To make matters worse, I was woken up in the morning by ants crawling on my bed. Overall, the environment is lovely, but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness significantly affected my stay."

"Although is an old hotel but the management have tried the best to keep it up to the standard in term of cleanliness and hospitality. We are family of 3 and glad to have booked a spacious room with a king sized bed and a single bed. This made our sleep very comfortable. It was reasonably priced and location is good. Not too far from all the hot tourist spots. The only things for improvement are : 1. Mini bar need time to turn cold 2. Hot water took time to heat up during peak hour"

"I had a wonderful stay at Harper Premier Hotel Batam. The location in Nagoya Thamrin is very convenient – food, shopping, and everything else are within walking distance. The room was comfortable, similar in quality to other hotels in the same chain (Fave, Aston, Harper). The smart TV was a nice touch, though it lagged occasionally, and the internet went down a few times for a few minutes before coming back online. Housekeeping did a great job providing clean linen daily, and laundry service was excellent. Room service food tasted great – loved the flavors. One small issue: the QR code on the bedside screen didn’t work, but the front desk gave me a number to place my order without trouble. Breakfast selection was decent, with the menu changing slightly each day – good for guests staying multiple days. The culinary team did a nice job. A big thank you to the Front Office team, especially Minty and Mr. Yon, for their helpful assistance. The security and safety team were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone – hope to see you again soon!"

"Good location at the heart of Nagoya Thamrin. Surrounded by many eateries, massage place and entertainment outlets. Rooms are clean and spacious with basic amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Stable high speed WiFi unlike some of the other accomodations I've been recently. Breakfast was satisfactory with reasonable variety of food."

"We booked this hotel apartment, as it has 2 bedrooms with 2 King sized beds, a balcony, huge space, bedroom toilet with bathtub, and the other main toilet with shower glass. Space is huge, there's also daily cleaning. Hotel comes with filtered water (important as tap water is unsafe for drinking or even brushing teeth), included breakfast with huge variety catering to all ages and tastes including porridge, noodles, rice, deserts, fruits, bread, cakes, coffee/tea, egg stations, pancakes, etc, and an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool (currently under refurbishment). Room comes with a some cooking equipment (basic), full sized refrigerator, coffee, bathroom essentials like toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, hairdryer, etc. Service is excellent, all smiles, request for replacement of filtered water tub when finished, request for high floor and late check-out were all granted without fuss. Location is perfect, easy to Grab, mostly around IDR10000 to 20000 (less than SGD2), to most of the places and restaurants. Although surrounding the hotel there's nothing interesting, the hotel itself does have a good restaurant, plus another Korean restaurant, cafe, massage, etc. Definitely will be back here."

"Was given a smoking room while I had requested for a non smoking room in my booking. Had to request for a change of room. Room door was difficult to open despite using two access room cards. Again, had to ask the receptionist to get our room doors settled. So there was some delay before we could really take a rest after a long day. Basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo and body wash were provided. Room was of a pretty decent size. Breakfast was ok and has a Maggie station. It’s just a 5- 10 mins drive to the Batam ferry center."

"This is my second time here! This time I stayed in a room with a shared pool, which was also good, just a shame I couldn't order a floating breakfast 🥹. Staying here is pretty good, quite comfortable and clean. The location is a bit further out, but it's pretty close to the beach and those popular influencer-spot restaurants."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike."
