"Twin room was tucked away in a corner and I noticed several neighbouring rooms without locked . Later I was informed by other guests that those around me are hotel’s storerooms. Can you imagine you being tucked to the corner near the store room? Room smelled misty and visible signs of stains in toilet n rooms. I didn’t feel safe and requested reception to change room for me but she said all fully booked, even when I asked about upgrade , a moment she said there was one then the next minute she said it was taken and suggested I took the premier suite. Honestly the corridor n lift to the room level was dark and scary n musty. Immediately I checked out without asking for any refund or upgrade . I booked another hotel nearby ."

"Overall, the stay was good. However, we booked a room with 3 single beds, but instead we were given 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. At first, the receptionist suggested that we downgrade to a room with 2 single beds and add 1 extra single bed, downgrade??😂 but we rejected the suggestion because it wasn't worth the price we had paid. In the end, after seeing that we were not willing to compromise, they offered us a three-bedroom apartment on Level 20+. However, since there were only three of us (all girls), we felt the apartment was big and a little scary, so we chose to stay in the room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed so we could stay together. So, the bed type you select on Trip may not be the one you actually get. If you have a specific bed preference, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm it."

"We managed to get early check in. Staff did their best to redirect guests to loading lifts when lobby lifts were full. Breakfast I won't say was great. It was just ok. Hope the staff can direct guests to their tables rather than we have to search for tables especially when it was crowded. They had these sachets of drinks for cough and pain. Yet to try."
