2-Star Hotels in Batam

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

No issues, but it's a bit noisy at night since it's next to the road. On the other hand, it's convenient because it's in the city center. The room was clean, and the restaurant on the 4th floor was also spotless.

Hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes walk to Nagoya Hill shopping mall and to local eateries and kopitiams. Excellent service from hotel staff (doorman and front desk staff) the moment I entered the hotel. Room was spacious and kept impeccably clean and that made a really comfortable stay.

Budget hotel in the middle of batam . Maybe 10-15 minutes car ride from batam ferry terminal. Very basic budget hotel so doesn't expect too much. Worth the price of 300k rupiah. Room size is quite for the price ,not too cramp.

I don’t suggest this place for someone who want cleanliness as their top priority. I don’t like the wall. The comforters are patchy even though it’s newly changed. Even the towel is patchy. The plug doesn’t work, so we asked for a change of room, the second room still doesn’t have working plug. There’s no elevator but the staff is nice enough to help us with the luggages. The staff are nice even though some of them couldn’t speak English. There’s one soap for all. Luckily, we brought our own amenities. Overall, service by the staff is ok, but the hotel itself needs improvement. New sheet, new plug, new towel.he

The room was decent yet the aircond seems like there is sensor so when the room reached the desire temperature, seems like the aircond turn off and will turn on again once it is hot. The staff was friendly and location was alright. Close to convenience store and other food stores.

I originally planned to stay for one day, but the staff were very welcoming, so I stayed for three more days.

The location is strategic, near harbourbay jetty 1.5km The green mosque, sederhana restaurant for nasi padang and other shop such is indomaret, alfomaret and other souvenirs shop are just walking distance. It is just the road always busy with morning market. The toilet cleanliness is quite poor. Bedsheet is old.
