TTxnxStayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab.
Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door.
Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money.

SSyazwanThe location is very good and the service is exceptional.i like how friendly and helpful the staff are.
However the cleanliness of the bed blanket is poor.there is dots of unknown stain on both of the towels and the blankets.eventhough they change the towel every housekeeping, the towel is still stained.
Other than that the hotel is spacious and relatively well cleaned.

IIrvin Jonah CheungThis hotel is definitely at a very convenient location to 2 Malls (Batam City & Batam Grand), right in front of a day and night food court, and surrounding environment of foot reflexology, massage parlors, coffee shops, retail shops, Kueh Lapis shops, etc., etc.
The hotel is very basic. The rooms are pretty bare. All the necessary are there, but there are no ”extras” inside or outside the rooms. The flooring is parquet, and the hallways are very echoey. No breakfast. There are no restaurants in the hotel.
There is a body and foot massage parlor, a barbershop, and a small wine shop attached to the hotel. Those are the only shop services you get in and around the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and pleasant! We had many fabulous stays there and will definitely come back again!

PParthi72This is a decent hotel. Clean and tidy. Nothing fancy. Has a nice bed and a small table to do your work. Good to solo business travellers to rest for the night. There were not too many guests and so the breakfast was ala carte. They give you options and you order what you want. It was ok.

GGuest UserI like to the hotel and the location everything near by food stall and Alfamart but the room need do more house keeping and cause small ants and cockcroachs is everywhere in room, cause of my food and drink the insects all come, hopefully the manager should do something abt it,.thks.

A few things that I think can be improve:
Unpleasant Smoking Smell: Unfortunately, the entire premise, including the room, was filled with a strong smoking odor. This was quite disappointing as I expected the fresh and clean scent that is typical of most hotels. Even after some time, the smell did not subside, which affected the overall experience.
Bed Sheet Cleanliness: The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which further added to the discomfort. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and this fell below the standard

The green mosque, sederhana restaurant for nasi padang and other shop such is indomaret, alfomaret and other souvenirs shop are just walking distance.
It is just the road always busy with morning market.
The toilet cleanliness is quite poor.
Bedsheet is old.

TTrisvxI'm quite surprised that D'grande is a part of OYO Hotel Chain but to my surprise as well the interior surroundings of the Hotel is unexpectedly old. I would recommend this Hotel for Solo Trips and for Value wise. Location quite Strategic as it is situated in the alley way of Nagoya. Corners of the Room very filthy, i guess the housekeeping only focus more on the bedding than the rest of the room.. cleanliness should be touched on everything that includes the amenities. Overall i would give a 6.5/10

李李The hotel is affordable. A taxi ride from Batam Center will soon cost 50,000 rupees. The customer service is very polite. The breakfast was ordered for a breakfast roll of 30,000 rupees and told me to eat at the coffee shop next door. Know if it's delicious. In fact, there are also eating around, you do n’t have to worry about the breakfast. The basic facilities of the room and the fan are not on. It is not very quiet. It is recommended to set a room with a window. I can only use my own traffic. Everything else is ok
