AADIL TARIGANone thing that i really appreciate is when i arrived at this hotel at 8 am from an inter-island trip, the receptionist immediately allowed me to check in on the grounds that they had empty rooms. clean room, clean bathroom even though there was no hot water (room no 203, room no 209 had hot water but the shower was broken) strategic location there is a cafe that is open until 9 pm, their breakfast is standard. overall this hotel is recommended.

GG_MOur family had a wonderful stay at this resort. We truly enjoyed the wide range of amenities available, which made our time together even more memorable. One of my favorite moments was playing table tennis and billiards with my father, a simple yet meaningful bonding experience. The resort also offers a karaoke area that the whole family can enjoy, adding lots of fun and laughter to our stay. The pool was well maintained and relaxing, and the beach area was equally pleasant, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the view. Having several restaurants within the resort was very convenient, giving us plenty of dining options without needing to go elsewhere. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway, and we would definitely love to come back again.

CChowRaymondClean little place. Has all amenities. Hot provide toothbrush and towels. Got a smell in the room though. Towels also have a strong chemical smell as well. Some towels are stained. Reception is also not always around. If u want to check out and u paid cash deposit u need to ask them what time staff is around. I waited half an hour until someone turned up to help me. If u didn't use cash deposit then i was told can drop the access card and go. No room slippers.

GGuest UserThe location is very good and the service is exceptional.i like how friendly and helpful the staff are.
However the cleanliness of the bed blanket is poor.there is dots of unknown stain on both of the towels and the blankets.eventhough they change the towel every housekeeping, the towel is still stained.
Other than that the hotel is spacious and relatively well cleaned.

GGuest UserCheap. Good value for money as i don’t expect free breakfast. Food is nice. Cleanliness poor as the floor needs to ask them to sweep, change the bed sheet cause got stained. My both sons got bites from mosquitoes or dust mite, im not sure.. and i need to change another room as the curtain road fell off luckily not hitting my kids. The toilet smells bad and the water heater burning smells while showering, need to stop immediately so dangerous. I think a lot of things need to improve and the most important is the hygiene.

A few things that I think can be improve:
Unpleasant Smoking Smell: Unfortunately, the entire premise, including the room, was filled with a strong smoking odor. This was quite disappointing as I expected the fresh and clean scent that is typical of most hotels. Even after some time, the smell did not subside, which affected the overall experience.
Bed Sheet Cleanliness: The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which further added to the discomfort. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and this fell below the standard

The green mosque, sederhana restaurant for nasi padang and other shop such is indomaret, alfomaret and other souvenirs shop are just walking distance.
It is just the road always busy with morning market.
The toilet cleanliness is quite poor.

李李The hotel is affordable. A taxi ride from Batam Center will soon cost 50,000 rupees. The customer service is very polite. The breakfast was ordered for a breakfast roll of 30,000 rupees and told me to eat at the coffee shop next door. Know if it's delicious. In fact, there are also eating around, you do n’t have to worry about the breakfast. The basic facilities of the room and the fan are not on. It is not very quiet. It is recommended to set a room with a window. I can only use my own traffic. Everything else is ok
