"It was very pleasant even though it's just one night. The room itself was immaculate though they did not clean up the toilet that well. The staff was nice. All three of them that I saw and even the guard is good. I will definitely come back to this hotel."

GGuest UserThere's some miscommunication on the booking as per booking page is either a big bed or 2 single bed. Upon booking did write the bed preference but was not fulfilled.
However try to communicate with the staff and trip.com able to be assigned to 2 single bed room.
There's slight leakage of the aircon, contact front desk and get it fixed.
Hotel breakfast is not nice.
Overall the staff is friendly n helpful, and has good location.

YYy91Budget hotel in the middle of batam . Maybe 10-15 minutes car ride from batam ferry terminal. Very basic budget hotel so doesn't expect too much. Worth the price of 300k rupiah.
Room size is quite for the price ,not too cramp.

AAnonymous UserHans Inn hotel at present is upgrading, but not noisy even during the daytime. Numerous times, staying at this hotel. Food, shopping mall walking distance. This hotel is nearby Nagoya City Walk and Nagoya food center. The room is spacious, but the lighting is a bit dim. Overall worth the stay.

AAin NadziraI don’t suggest this place for someone who want cleanliness as their top priority. I don’t like the wall. The comforters are patchy even though it’s newly changed. Even the towel is patchy. The plug doesn’t work, so we asked for a change of room, the second room still doesn’t have working plug. There’s no elevator but the staff is nice enough to help us with the luggages. The staff are nice even though some of them couldn’t speak English. There’s one soap for all. Luckily, we brought our own amenities. Overall, service by the staff is ok, but the hotel itself needs improvement. New sheet, new plug, new towel.he

NNasrul IzzudinThe room was decent yet the aircond seems like there is sensor so when the room reached the desire temperature, seems like the aircond turn off and will turn on again once it is hot.
The staff was friendly and location was alright. Close to convenience store and other food stores.

The green mosque, sederhana restaurant for nasi padang and other shop such is indomaret, alfomaret and other souvenirs shop are just walking distance.
It is just the road always busy with morning market.
The toilet cleanliness is quite poor.
Bedsheet is old.
