Hharon hussinI would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service I received during my recent stay at Yello Hotel Harbour Bay Batam. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and every request I made was handled with professionalism and genuine care.
Special thanks to all your staff especially to your Front Office Mr Willy, Mr Vincent and Ms Ima for going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. It’s clear that all your teams efforts is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality. Not forgetting Mr Farhan, Mr Wafi and Mr Dicky who handles the breakfast area. Totally awesome ! They ensure that all guests cutleries are cleared away immediately from each table so that they can have a seamless and hearty breakfast. I will not hesitate to recommend Yello Hotel Harbour Bay Batam again to others and look forward to returning in the future.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

TTravelimagineJust opposite Nagoya shopping mall, super convenient just that need to illegal cross the road which is a bit dangerous. Bed was very comfy and clean only the place there they put the sugar and coffee and tea bags have a lot of ants. Hotel can consider putting anti-ants baits to remove the ants. Aircon is cold at night due to setting issues. The shower is not at constant temperature, sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold.

OOng HCThis hotel is well located not only to Batam City Square mall, Grand Batam Mall, Si Fang Yuan Dimsum, La Moist Lapis, Itsumo Tarts A2 food court and many other great food recommendations. Family room is clean and well maintained with 2 toilets. Hotel staffs are not only friendly and help us move our luggage into the room while we heading for shopping immediately after pre check-in. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe wifi there is very bad have to use my data most of the time. The hot water like need wait very long for it and the rain shower its time to change. The shower curtains also can do some changes.
The room wise its good bed nice, and hv luggage rack too.
Staff is very nice and helpful. On my 2nd nite not sure if whole hotel but my floor was blackout and good that they act fast and it was up again after 10min.

JjessyasThe hotel is okay overall, but some spots were dirty.
The air conditioner wasn't cold at all—I set it to 16 but felt nothing. There was also leakage, so be careful not to place your things under the aircon.
Not terrible-you get what you pay for. They do provide a toothbrush, but if you have braces, I recommend bringing your own (ifykyk).
In the app it says there's luggage storage, but actually there isn't. Before coming, I tried calling the hotel-first time they picked up, said something, and hung up. Second time, they just picked up and hung up again. When I arrived and asked about luggage storage, they told me to leave my bag in an open area unattended. I couldn't risk that, so l had to check in early and pay an extra 100k.
If you plan to stay more than one night, don't leave valuables in the room-housekeeping comes in to tidy up while you're out.
Most important: If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend this hotel. There's a live band nearby until lam, and in the morning around 7-8am, housekeeping starts working-you can hear their voices very clearly

KkharunnisaThe room was quite spacious, and the service was genuinely friendly and good. They even allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, and we could surprisingly still leave our bags even after check-out. The receptionists were all so kind, friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. Plus, it's conveniently located very close to a shopping mall! 😍
