KK**************&&&$$####Pretty good value for e price. Service staff are friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable with safe. Shower area a bit small and no where to place toiletries but it is fine.
CchingyeeluckyThis is the best hotel in Batam that I’d recommend to anyone. The location is super convenient. A lot of beautiful cafes and eateries nearby. Close to shopping mall as well. Service was superb. The staf was friendly and attentive.
AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.
AAsh MotosirThis hotel boasts an ideal location, offering easy access to diverse dining options, local markets, and major shopping malls. For relaxation, there are many massage shops close by. Food lovers will appreciate the abundance of Indonesian and Chinese culinary choices. The area is anchored by two key malls, Grand Mall and Batam City Mall, and includes a large food court that is open late into the evening.
AAyunisxEska hotel is located behind a newly opened mall. Corridor of the level 3 we stayed in reek of cigarette smell. Lucky there’s a new mall that is not fully opened yet, else the area is very quiet and out of the way. Have to take Grab everywhere we go and on average is about 21K THB to main City area. Room wise, spotted an insect at sink area hence not very clean. Breakfast was good, though variety not much. Conclusion, fine for a 1-2 nights stay in Batam and don’t expect too much from the price point as well.
XXiao ZhenThe hotel service was fantastic, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lobby even had a small shop selling snacks, daily essentials, and drinks, which was extremely convenient. Just across the street, there were several convenience stores that stocked items like dried tempeh, fish crackers, and dried fruit. Everything was just so accessible!
The only downside was that there seemed to be ongoing renovation work downstairs, which made the area a bit dusty. As I was staying in a corner room, it got a bit noisy with deliveries being unloaded at the street corner below.
Despite these minor issues, the overall hotel experience was excellent!
VVin AngThe receptionist(male) seem acting something wrong with my booking via trip.com. he was saying like there was no room available or trip.com's service was something wrong. It was unpleasant at first impression but he spoke well and polite. The room was just ok. And found there were coffee cups infront of the opposite room that needed to clean ,unfortunately it took more than 24 hours to clean up which will definitely invite insects . Hope their management improve.
SShengcunchangThe hotel is a bit old, but the room was very spacious. The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious. A special mention for the large swimming pool and gym, though I didn't get to use them. I highly recommend the frog porridge next door to the hotel, it's really tasty!
