We liked the willis. The service was good and the staff very friendly. We were able to easily extend the breakfast booking to include one person because we had invited our guide. The bus leaves almost from the front door and everything can be easily reached by bus.

Arrived early but were able to put our bags into storage till our room was ready.
Room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds comfy.

The room is not big. There is a certain restaurant opposite. Some people in the same industry are superstitious. Everything else is good. There is a Chinese restaurant diagonally opposite.

Our favourite hotel to run away to for a weekend in Wellington or a short escape. Nice rooms with good sized shower, toilet . Nothing extra fancy but comfortable and clean. Parking on site is $20 per night. Lovely big brealfast is included in the price with juices, tea or coffee. Fruit and cereals, or bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms hash browns and baked beans ... A great location woth a short walk to cuba mall or carrybon further to the water front. Happy to recommend the Willis.
