There are a lot of street parking available outside the hotel. The room is comfortable and bed is super comfortable as well. Clean and new. Will come back and stay again as the price is also reasonable.

First time in Perth, I booked the hotel in a hurry. This holiday was just average, not what I expected. No slippers, no mineral water every day (two bottles on the first day), I went to the front desk to ask for it myself, but they said there was no such thing, water was only available on the first day, not later, they reluctantly gave me a bottle, and slippers were only given to me if I asked for them. I learned about environmental protection in Australia. The Italian restaurant below the holiday is very good, not expensive, and quite delicious

The location of the hotel is OK. I thought it would be very convenient to travel in the city, but it is not. Fortunately, it is not too far to walk around the attractions. The restaurant options in the hotel are limited, but there are many delicious foods within a 15-minute walk from the hotel!

The room was generally ok, but my friends had their doors opened violently in the middle of the night after they checked in. The reason was that the staff made a mistake when checking in at the beginning. They mistakenly thought it was a vacant room and checked in the second wave of guests. However, the follow-up was handled properly. Ctrip platform gave compensation, the hotel waived one night's room fee, and gave breakfast as a gift.

It was not bad. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and the front desk told us that they gave our room to the wrong person. It took us a long time to complete the check-in process. But we were given breakfast. Overall it was OK.
