The hotel windows are broken and the water pressure in the shower is too weak.
Also, when you finish eating the buffet, you will be in a bad mood if you don't give a tip to the clerk. Price does not match service

Poor visit to Windhoek Hilton in April 2024, room 714 a King Executive suite was beautiful as always but filled with large 10cm roaches that came out at night. Housekeeping was clearly aware as we killed them and left them as evidence as well as complaining about them. On arrival we requested sponge pillows instead of down/feather, we could not communicate this message and ultimately all pillows were removed from our room with NO replacements given. Our first evening we dined in the restaurant attached to the hotel, awful cold reheated food was on offer, dry, tasteless and not great. Unfortunately our trip was marred by becoming ill and having to attend Lady Pohamba private hospital, no pillows and ordering room service was useless, a change in staff required us to wait 4 hours and numerous more calls to get nothing. Previous visits have been great, this time NOT GOOD AT ALL.

Excellent location, great staff - knowledgeable, smiling, helpful and efficient! Impeccable room of outstanding interior. Toproof swimming pool and bar with magnificent view over the capital of Namibia. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast and restaurant options - flawless! No need to look for anything else in Windhoek!

Visited the Hilton hotel rooftop bar. Place was pretty full in the late afternoon. One barman and an assistant on duty. Waited about 10 minutes for him to take our order at the bar. Two cocktail s and two G & T's. Said he would bring the drinks to the table. After a 20 minute wait I went to remind him. After another 20 minutes we got up and left. Pathetic.
