It's a bit old and the hygiene is average, but it's mainly for children. It's very convenient to enter and exit the park! There is a big bed and a small bunk bed, and there is a small push-pull bed under the small bed, which can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children!

I can’t highly recommend Woodland village in Legoland from my experience. We stayed in Woodland village with two children but our lodge wasn’t cleaned at all. Floor was very dirty with stones, hair & dust all around also there were rubbish(sweet packet), hair & dirty stains in kids bunk bed. We weren’t able to call to reception, only message communication was available. We messaged reception but a staff member came to our lodge after 1 hour since we requested to clean. Next day, kids needed a shower but water wasn’t warm enough. We messaged to reception again, replying was a staff will come to our lodge and check about the problem but didn’t turn up. Kids who are 3 & 6 years old ended up having a cold shower in cold weather. Also it was my son’s birthday so I requested for a birthday card and a badge but haven’t received any of them. Legoland itself was fun, my kids had a great time.

It’s Legoland any child will ofcourse enjoy however we are not pleased with the service off staff. The staff in the swimming pool area in castle hotel are very rude and blunt and clearly had agenda towards us it was the two young boys whoever they where they need training on customer service.. they were even rude towards the kids, also the rooms in castle hotel seemed so dusty and just appeared unclean which made me uncomfortable. All in all run down. Staff on rides just were miserable rude and had a not bothered attitude. Prices of everything is ridiculously high. Not sure I would want to return tbh. The service you receive has an impact on the enjoyment of the holiday as we stayed for a short break. I hope I do get the £5 deposit back..

Hotel was fantastic and themed rooms were excellent, with lots of special touches. Breakfast was basic, but not the worst. Food and drink was expensive, but as expected. Rooms clean and tidy, very children friendly. Swimming pool was an added bonus.

I had a wonderful day in hotel, I swam with my little one and had a dinner at hotel restaurant. My little one enjoyed a lot too.

Cette hôtel est superbe plein de choses à faire pour les enfants, tout près du parc d’attractions avec deux restaurants, une salle de jeux plein d’activités ouvert quasiment tout le temps bref, un super hôtel, affaire en famille par contre les prix c’est pas la même chose, mais c’est super chouette quand même il y a même une piscine et des employés motivés

So happy I booked VIP experience and we got the most down too earth tour guide. From start to finish he was amazing with my two kids and I could we got to go ahead of many of the busy rides. We only had one day to get everything in and we managed 90% stuff. By the end when we where in the hotel castle my kids where near ready for lights out. We did finish going to get food in the restaurant which was 5/5*... even the staff where so friendly. We will definitely be back in the summer time as I booked to get the kids to see santa which was fantastic. So happy with everything this place has to offer. Even the hotel was perfect. Highly recommend. Wish northern ireland had something like this as we had fly in/out to come.
