Return visit so knew what to expect :) super friendly staff, helpful and polite. Hotel was very busy as a wedding was taking place. However this did not impact our stay. Good variety of breakfast items inc dairy free products :)

We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in the Windsor suite. We could not fault it.
The staff were helpful and polite from start to finish. Breakfast was great.
Location was perfect too!!
We will definitely book again.

Hotel excelente em Windsor. Ao lado da estação de trem, do castelo e dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Quarto amplo, roupa de cama da melhor qualidade, extremamente confortável. Cafe da manha farto e com uma vista incrível. Atendimento cordial e equipe prestativa.

We only overnighted at this hotel, but we Loved it. It is a relatively small property. It is nicely done and the staff is very much about service. Our room was small, cute, and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't like was that the curtains were kind of not on properly and one of them had a visible tear. Also, I don't mind stairs at all, but if you do, make sure you get the lowest floor possible because getting the bags up the stairs is a thing. The staff will take care of it, but it can be a challenge. We are looking forward to returning!
