in my opinion the location is quite okay and strategic, the staff are all friendly, given a welcome drink too, the swimming pool is nice with a view of the city of Surabaya, but it needs to be considered again for its cleanliness. for the room is spacious, fragrant, the air conditioner is also cold, the cleanliness is very good, the mattress etc. have no problems, nice and comfortable,, for the bathroom is also clean okay, hot water etc. function very well, the response and service of the receptionist are also friendly and very good,, the best experience is this because it's with friends too!,, thank you midtown residence!

The bed sheets and quilt covers were all dirty, and the room smelled fishy. The hot water for the shower was still smelly after being left for more than ten minutes. The bath towels were all black, and the overall feeling was very bad. I forgot to take a photo of the bath towels, and they really felt like rags.
