Perfect location nice service clean and comfortable but some small things like windows and bathroom railings need repairs. Oh, and finding the right apartment is a real head scratcher lol

Nice location, quite neighborhood, very near to old town. Overall worth to stay.

We preferred the apart hotel for the first time instead of the traditional hotel. Room was nice and tidy - there were everything we need inside, even a washing machine in the bathroom (but no any hint for soap or shampoo). The very low bed, like you sleep almost on the floor.

The apartment was visually perfect. Bed, kitchen, TV and bathroom. The first impression was great, but after entering, the lack of cleanliness immediately caught my eye. The fridge was very dirty. In the corner there was a vase with a ton of dust on it with a decoration in the form of a dry stick. The toilet seat fell off after lifting. Including the seat part. Wanting to open the bathroom door, I almost walked out with the handle in my hand. None of the lights worked. Wanting to cover the window, I grabbed a curtain that had food remains or I don't know what. I even suspect vomit. It was simply dirty and disgusting. The bedding seemed used, but I'm not sure. The apartment is beautiful but neglected. Pros: the market at your fingertips.

The photos of the apartments are not correct at all. Everything is old and worn, nothing luxurious about it. Complaining at the service desk is pointless. They can't help it. They say everything is full and can be booked for that day via trip. In short, don't book! Room has no dishwasher, washing machine or pans. TV not working. Location is great.

1 - the bed was a French bed and not a double from 1.81m to 3m as indicated in the reservation. 2 - there is no hairdryer in the room as indicated in the booking 3 - access without stairs indicated but to take the lift you have to go up one floor of stairs. 4 - they had written to me that they would have sent the pin code to enter the apartment at night and they didn't send it despite having asked for it several times via email and text message. 2 - Upon arrival at night I had to call their office at my expense which could not find our reservation and, despite asking, they did not want to give us the wifi password. There was no password sheet in the room so we were left without wifi. 3 - the shower didn't work well and sprayed water from above the cubicle door flooding the bathroom. 5 - only 2 towels available for the shower, nothing for hands and on the floor outside the shower. 6- in the morning at 9 we asked the reception for a towel, to fix the shower and clean the apartment. They tell us that everything would have been done by 3 in the afternoon, but none of what was requested has been done. 7- when we complained at the reception we were treated badly and no willingness to solve problems. 8 - given the numerous mistakes we asked for check out 1 hour later, also in this case the answer was NO 9 - to justify themselves they said that we were wrong to book through Trip but that we should have done it through Booking… absurd! 10 - the worst overnight stay I've had in many years of traveling all over the world!!!

An unpleasant surprise was that for a guaranteed parking space, it turns out that you had to call the hotel at the reception in advance and order this place for your car ... without this place, my car could not be found there. Alas... Everything else is at a good level. Rest is quite comfortable.
