挺滿意的一次入住體驗，入住前行政樓層管家小艾便詢問了到店訊息，提前安排了房間，一進大堂，整個大堂讓人震撼。酒店維護保養的也還不錯，房間乾淨整潔。此次入住行政房，行政禮遇比較多，兩件免費洗衣、小吃飲料首輪免費等等。行政酒廊服務很好，風景超讚，咖啡茶全天暢飲，是不可多得的好地方。武漢很推薦的一家酒店

酒店房間寬敞乾淨，正對漢街，晚上點燈光夜景很美一覽無餘，管家Jessica贈送水果安排好了房間，非常貼心。房間有奧佳華點按摩椅，值得推薦的酒店。

房間佈局非常合理，優雅而不是情調，讓我有一種回到了家的感覺。智能馬桶很便捷，按摩椅很放鬆，香薰精油很舒緩，咖啡機很貼心，金可兒的大床非常舒服，管家Vivian退房問候。酒店整體服務都非常不錯。

前台mike服務熱情周到，"武漢萬達瑞華酒店的五星級奢華體驗令人難以忘懷。地理位置得天獨厚，漢街、楚河漢街和東湖都近在咫尺。酒店的裝修風格獨具特色，大堂的壁畫令人陶醉，服務人員非常熱情周到。酒店的位置非常便利，無論是漢秀劇場還是楚河漢街，都近在咫尺。酒店的裝修風格非常獨特，大堂的壁畫美不勝收，行政酒廊的風景也很吸引人。

酒店非常好，房間住的很滿意，配有按摩椅跟戴森吹風機，設施設備齊全，行政樓層管家張雪服務熱情周到，28樓行政酒廊環境很不錯，有精緻的下午茶，還可以免費使用會議室，非常適合商務洽談，以後會常來。
