Two room changes and in the second one we had no hot water so after waiting an hour because according to them the heater would work, we had to go shower in another one but also wait another 30 minutes.

We stayed for one night. The room beds and towels were clean, the floor and bathroom weren't the cleanest. We were able to do check in before the check in time and the next day they also stored our suitcases during the day when we were sightseeing. Staff was kind.
