This hotel wasn't exactly what I expected, though it was very nice and clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was much more sparse than I expected, none of the 'western' expectations I had were met (I don't mean this cruelly, I just mean no breakfast options, no concierge, no coffee available, no English speakers though we used translation apps so there were no problems there). Excellent location, very beautiful hotel, pet friendly and I cannot stress enough how kind and helpful the staff were.

The hotel atmosphere is very good. The front desk lady Sasha is very nice, polite, humble and patient. She comes as soon as the cue is given and responds to any request. I manually give a thumbs up 👍👍👍. I found the long-lost sense of relaxation here. It is a pet-friendly hotel. When I am working, the children go down to play with the cats when they are free, and they will not be bored. All the promised services are available. This hotel was blindly selected. The snacks in Huimin Street are delivered in minutes. The hotel is at the foot of the city wall, and next to it is the Xiaonanmen morning market. There are too many things to eat. This short transit trip to Xi'an is very smooth and enjoyable! Satisfied
