離西安北站不遠，步行二十分鐘可到，民宿是叔叔阿姨自己經營的，提前聯繫可以免費接送。適合獨自遊玩窮遊的朋友，民宿在小區裏面，小區門口有不少餐館，還是比較方便。叔叔阿姨也很熱情，沒做攻略的去了問他們也沒問題。

自己的房子，三室一廳和房東一起住，哈哈，我真是醉了，説好的私人衞生間呢？安全沒有保障，現在攜程真是門檻越來越低，是個人都可以申請民宿

阿姨叔叔人很好，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，小區裏面有便利店買東西很方便，門口的小店也可以去吃吃，性價比超高，推薦。

説的獨立衞生間，結果是公共衞生間。説的20-25平方米，結果10平方米不到。説的1.8米的床變1.5米了。沒有空調，就一個小風扇，熱**了。吹風機、毛巾、牙具都要問老闆要。完全就是去到別人家裡做客的感覺，花了錢還搞得很拘謹。除了兩長者特別熱情之外，其他啥也不是。

設施：基礎設施齊全，各種洗漱用品一應俱全。
衞生：乾淨整潔，觀感很好。
環境：房間隔音效果好，空調很舒適，晚上睡覺特別舒服。位置離北站特別近，一公里左右，樓下就是各種小吃店，夜間攤，價格實惠味道好。
服務：阿姨很好客熱情，找不着路可以打電話接人。另外提供有飲用水，早上還會叫人起床不怕睡過頭。
總之，在這種住宿價格下，無可挑剔。
