Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Once in the room i knew what i paid and expected what i got from the pictures. The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the location, it's unreal for those who are foodies and want to explore. It's close by to landmarks and the subway but the best is all the street food around the area. The only bad thing i found was that the air con seemed to not want to heat up the room so it was pretty frosty.

The hotel is very central located and beside the noisy party street below (which you definitely hear, but it did not bother us) it is a great location. We enjoyed our stay and got very much help from the receptionists regarding our activities. They were all very helpful and supportive. The room was clean, however on some spots you saw that it is also used by some party people, as drink spills are on some walls. The bed was comfy, the shower ok. The breakfast was very good, unfortunately the rooms are all very dark due to the construction of the building. However, the themes are pretty!
